Somebody needs to shut this **** factory down. If I get another phone call from their debt collectors, I will swear in my mother tongue. Everybody that was ****med or about to get ****med need to prosecute this nest of mainly Indian female *****sters.

Evexia Pharma Busted
Evexia Pharma distributes PROBITEC probiotics but impossible to get hold of the customer service . Even the telephone number on the package is wrong. Director of Evexia Pharma , Cameron du Toit not approachable. Non existing customer care !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

ARAMEX non delivery, Aramex not able to compete on efficient delivery service anymore
Aramex indicated that they will deliver our parcel from Cape Town today 7 February 2025 between 8 am and 5 pm to our business. At 16H19 the message on their wonderful tracking system read - attempted delivery - customer not available, That is the biggest lie imaginable . We are open from7 am to 6pm on weekdays

Pres Les pyramid
Be were careful ordering from Pres Les or one of their agents. The prices of the goods are inflated because of the business model. R 7590 for a duvet set absolute madness even with a three month payment option. I would love to know what the real cost prices are for the items on their catalogue.

Upgrade impossible
I am due for a upgrade on my primary cellphone number. It is almost impossible to upgrade online , so I requested that somebody phone me back, Which happened and I went trough the whole process and was promised delivery will take place with 24 - 48 working hours. Then I received another phone call to confirm the upgrade and she demanded another 6 minutes of my time. I am a pharmacist working in a busy retail pharmacy - We do not have time to waste like this.

OUTSURANCE - FALSE PROMISES
My driver was involved in a motorcycle accident 12 August 2024. Case number from SAPS obtained. Numerous phone calls later , we were promised that the motorcycle will be settled with Wesbank . The motorcycle was taken from the dealer by Outsurance and no indication when this claim will be settled. Outsurance Business not to be recommended and the broker incapable to resolve this issue.

SA ADVENTURE
Eastern Cape mountain passes was advertised for August . I paid the R 12000 in full and never received feedback till I requested confirmation the deposit. Then the trip was so called postponed to 9 - 13 November. I send request on WA and email only to be informed that the details will be forwarded two weeks prior to the trip. Still waiting and Tim Skelton do not answer phone calls to 083 413 4466. Should be Skeleton

VOX Telecom advertise satellite internet connection but are unable to install and will use ALL the excuses in the world to delay or not to deal with the installation. RICA criteria is used often as an excuse to proceed. Why is it that we in South Africa get confronted with BAD service , incompetent technical people ?
