I would just like to warn anyone whom even considers to take a loan at this place, they will put you through hell hand you over to blake, you will follow what they say on the the T, they are too stupid to receive emails, they apparently if you would like to speak to a manager never have any managers around, and furthermore they will if you skip or make 1 payment late, hand you over to blake and associates whom will harrass you to the end of eternity, and phoning blake as Wonga have told me to do has given me a stupid song in my ears for a few hours and all of their 'consultants'. Are supposably all permanently busy.
This place is a absolute curse, and these people are totally brainless, they call you a thousand times, you email them paid up letter, and if you try to call them you hold on for hours, then they do not want to speak to one.
Upon sign up they ask me what Race i am, and upon checking that I am white, they simply decline me, even though my credit score has gone up, and Sanlam thinks I and recommended that I would quality, after telling them that im white and im afrikaans speaking i get declined. I have tried reaching out to them at least 5 different times without any sign of human life.
Biggest Ripp off and worst experience ever, i wont ever dare depositing a single cent at this Cunning joke and dishonest establishment, if you deposit money, you have to first lose the entire amount before being able to withdraw a single cent which ive never in my life heard off untill today.
This service is absolutely Garbage, as their smartfund garbage service literally never reflects the money, and the previous times it had been a few thousand rands which I had to beg for after having topped up for the lady to get the people to rectify things on their end, I had to send her my credit card which is a sanlam credit card,and she was going on and on that im supposed to have sent her a proof of payment even though i sent her the receipt from prepaid 24, my id my credit card even, and now i tested it again, with a small amount, but of course after having used the smart fund, im now unable to use it as it does not reflect, and this is why i will find something else in todays digital age, as i cannot keep on having to beg someone who thinks that credit cards are only issued by banks and is obviously not the sharpest pencil in the case, to give me what i have paid for every single time, it is absolutely insane!!!!
This bank Consists of A bunch of retarded useless ripp off artists, that will simply tell you a billion lies to try and explain away things, as that is what they are most likely told to do by this nightmarish sickening ******* bank. Latest part, they convinced me the only way to get back anything in their joke of a **** rewards programme, is to change petrol stations, which ive done, to only tap using my virtual card which im permanently doing, to only shop at Pick and Pay and Spar, (and im tapping there as well,) to go out of my way in order to maximise rewards as A fnb Private Fusion account holder, which im Way overpaying for btw, but thats still fine, and it does not matter if i just shop at Pick and Pay, or just fill up at Engen, these ripp of artists has not even given me a single ebuck, on top of the ebukcs associated with having my account, because they are a bunch of ****** that cons you into changing your life, for absolutely nothing whatsover, and they probably think its hilarious herding people like a bunch of dumb little baby sheeps.

This Bank is extremely dissapointing, So I have been with this bank now for 7 days short of a year, I have a Private Fusion account with a Overdraft limit of 1k, i have now for months been begging this bank to simply increase my limit from 1k to 4k, there is during some months at least R300k going through my account, they say i have bad credit, but they are delusional, as besides from being able to take out unsecured loans to value of nearly 15k in a months time, Sanlam approved a credit card for me which i will be receiving within the next 3 days which will start off with a R10k limit, yet they for some uneplainably dumb reason which i cannot comprehend did not even want to double my Fusion card limit, as they clearly do not want me banking with them, as I cannot imagine any other bank which have been as pointless as FNB, so I cannot help wondering where FNB gets their credit info, or whether they simply do not like me, as In my opinion, having opened an account was the absolute worst Mistake which I have made in 2023, and it made 2024 (the year which i have by far done the best, one of the worst years ever, as Fnb simply does just not want to bulld and walk a road with me, im 34 years old, but clearly they have either another Gender in mind, another Age Group in mind, another Etnicity Group in my mind, or if not any of the above, they have to be targeting me for some orher unknown reason. Their support is the absolute worst, and this is ironic as they are by very far the most expensive bank out of all of the bank, FNB is not a bank, FNB is one sick Joke thats worse than the worst curse you have ever imagined!
This is the absolute worst bank in the world, I bet that people in countries without banks whom might be at the brink of civil war would actually end up managing finances or banking in stones or rocks in comparison to this idiotic useless pathetic, and BRAIN DEAD god forsaken bank! If you open and chose this bank as a primary bank, you will regret it, if your not a client with them, then ewallet is perfect, if you do become a client of FNB, they will make your life Hell in so many ways it would be impossible for anyone not to consider ****** and or suicide due to this absolute horrific distaster which is considered a bank in South Africa!
I have now been a sunbet VIP member with my own host for the past 4-7 months, and as of last week my best friend whom also loves playing on sunbet has also now become a VIP member, and he got the exact same Sunbet host as me. Everything was fantastic and superb, up untill approxamitely 3 or 4 weeks ago, and in Summary my friend has now been waiting for a astonishingly shockingly 83 hours, and by tomorrow morning 08:00 the total waiting time will be a shocking 88 hours, upon which he asked his Sunbet host so nicely and politely just to have a look at his account and having given him the bonus 10% of his losses, the only 2 times which he had gotten back to me was, when he actually phoned my friend on Sunday morming, apparently extremely upset, and having threatened to move me over to another host, after i had simply tried to help my friend find a solution and not to have bothered him on a weekend as per his request after the last time he had given me call. Yesterday at approx 15:00 he finally got back to my friend, he told him that he loaded his bonus on his account for him,. And to my friends horror, he came back stating that the System has a glitch and therefore is unable to load any bonus credit on his account,. Whereafter he very shortly thereafter simply dissapeared again. This is extremely dissapointing,. As this is a story and a summary of 2 people whom has on average easily ended up having spent approx R100000-R250000 per month at Sunbet, being treated like either Children, or perhaps Garbage, or in better words Trash. In all honestly, if this is how the ViPs gets treated, what exactly does this say about this companies ethics, their views and the summary of how they go about business.
