I.D number 6501025200081 This company is the worst company to take out insurance I put in a claim on the 27th November for my roof been damaged by a sever hail storm , they sent 2 accessors to assess the damage on different days. the first assessor went on the roof took photos and said he knows a little about building , and wrote his report regarding the damage , they was not happy with the report , the second two guys came and done the inspection from a building company , they deal with , also wrote a report and sent the photos to Intergisure , they took 3 weeks to come back to me ,saying it looks like wear and tear and gradual causes , but will send the photos to the insurance company and come back to me the next week with an outcome . today is the 14th January 2025 and no one has called me. Firstly my roof was sealed from the ridge coming down about 2 months before the storm , there was very heavy rains and there was no leaks . secondly I had my own contractor to assess the damage and repair the roof his report was the Havey winds , the hail damage that caused the water to flood my house , I got the damaged tiles from the hail stones . the wind moved the tiles causing the storm water to get into the house, my question is must i do maintenance every hour , every day , every week and also repair any storm damage . act of nature , was also told water can come from anywhere , it has its exits This company has not phoned and gave me any answers , we had rains after the storm and it caused more damage to my house , I had to fix the roof I will never ever recommend this company to anyone , they are very bad news and hate paying for claims , but every month my money was taken out from my account on time
I just phoned me about 3mins before the 7th race at Scottsville today cancelling a bet, which was taken for R212 by mistake, it was a finger error, the operator told me I can't cancel the bet, because I need to gave them 5mins in advance to cancel a bet This is absolutely ridiculous because on the tote this bet would of been cancelled immediately Hollywoodbets should not been in businesses if they cannot cancel bets before the start of the race, betway would of cancelled this bet with immediate effect before the race,if the race didn't start running, I express my disappointment and will not want to associate with this betting site, ever again The operator name is Sphembaso They are not professional and don't deserve to be in Sa has a services provider Every punter has a right to cancel a bet, as long as the race is not run
Policy No. OM0006453-24 IntegriSure- has no integrity-honour-honesty I had a theft on the 19 Oct 2024 ****** items copper pipes , fittings , clothing on the line , angle grinder , drill and toolbox with my tools We were not at home from around 15.00 to 17.00 , when we came home , my wife went to wash her hands , found there was no water , checked with neighbour found they had water , walked around the house found the copper pipes ****** , phoned my security company AET , sent arm response , they investigated took photos and advise me to report to SAPS. I opened a case , they came done finger prints and detective took statements I phoned the insurance company and put in a claim , they said the assessor will phone and make an appointment and asses the claim. Firstly the assessor was waiting at the wrong address , he was in Brixham Road, told him I live at Jupiter Road , he came to my house , I took around and showed him what had happened and from where the items were ****** , he was quite happy and he asked me to get all the quotations and send it to him, which I have done. I done a follow up and was told everything is in order and the report was given to Integurisure , gave them a few days and followed up with my claim, no names were given to me , and was told by the lady from IntegriSure in a very abrupt manner that , they are very unlikely going to pay for my drill , angle grinder and toolbox with tools , because they do not suspect it was theft , I told her if they doubt me then , a case of ***** needs to be opened against me, then she said they are not saying that there was no theft , I told her I am now confused , she actually made me feel like I was the ******** and put in a false claim. I sent an email to the assessor , asking him what he was not happy about and found no trace of theft , he phoned me and said he told the insurance company on his report there was a valid claim and was very disappointed , and said he will sort it out with them. I done a follow up again and this time was told my house contents were not insured at Jupiter Road and was insured with Brixham Road house , I asked the lady from where did they get , Brixham Road address , she said the got prove it is on the telephonic conversation , which they we will to me in an hours time did not receive any recordings , call back the next day and was transferred to the technical department and was told the tech is trying to locate the recording and will be sent to me by Monday latest , phoned back Tuesday was told on that pecu**** day they had a problem with the recording and they can not retrieve the recordings , this was the last straw for me . I called back , and the lady was speaking to me with compassion and respect I was thinking at first I got the wrong number and I am phoning a different insurance company , was put through a senior manager , the same person that convinced me to stay with this company when , i was going to leave them because of the premium going up by 30% I asked him how did he put the wrong address on the policy for contents , he said that should not be a problem and the policy is going to be finalized and they are going to come back to me. the consultant name is Sheldon and he asked me who told me that the claim was rejected , I told him not sure what is the Laday's name , he assured me that he will come back to me by Monday and gave me an update , no updates till now , I phoned on numerous times , was told they will call back , still no call back , phoned again made me to hold for more than 10mins , put phone down. this company does not want to pay on claims , take my month every month on time . read other reviews on them they do the exact same thing . till now i don't know what is happening to my claim ,but nothing is happening to this company , I am starting to doubt if this company is legal. they refuse to pay the claims anything that is cheap is not real , this company has taken my money but did not pay my claim , everything is on telephonic records
Hi I (Mr N.Pillay) would like to thank King Price assessor Mr Ronald Pillay , for assisting me on my claim , he was very professional , fair and he worked very hard to ensure there was a mutual settlement between myself and King Price. King Price is the best insurance company that I dealt with and recommend them to anyone , who needs peace of mind , when it comes to payout of claims I dealt with other big insurance companies and trust me no one comes close to King Price . I am not considering taking all my other short term insurance and giving it to King Price.
Good day I have a complaint against hollywoodbets Dukwas, Pietermaritzburg, the service in that branch is pathetic or none, when Hollywoodbets was not in control, this branch was A grade and had very good service, one would enjoy the hospitality and complaints where addressed and corrected, where applicable. The current staff are only there to get the wages and know they are indispensable and no one can replace them, I go there to get forms for local and overseas racing, so I can blow my money on the hollywoodbets app, but every time I go there I will have to wait for nothing less than 1 hour, it's like I got nothing else to do, but wait like a dog for these papers to be printed, the team leader refuses to give me her name, there's no manager at this branch, and also she tells me every time I come there the printer is broken, that means the printer does not ever works or the people in Dukwas don't work, I suggested on numerous occasions to print at least 10 copies for overseas racing and when it comes to the last 3, operator should request another 10, local racing at least 50 copies should be handed to operator's, when stock is low print more, but they will be having breakfast, lunch and dinner, gossiping and there for fun, that's a very nice job, customer's are of no importance, when they do have forms, which will be at almost the end of racing, there's like a 1000 forms, which can be used has toilet paper for your staff I always ask them when you'll are going to close that place and hand it over to another book maker who can provide us with service delivery and can employ people that want to work, I also understand the country is in shambles and people like you'll take advantage over our poor leadership, and think everybody is the same when it comes to service delivery
Hi , bought a new car battery from Infinity battery in P.M.Burg on the 17th May 2022. 13th February 2023 , car did not start in the morning , firstly did not suspect the battery , cause it was under a year , wife phoned and said there is something wrong with the car it was not starting . I must come from work like now and sort the car out. left work pushed the car from the garage , kick started the car got going took my son to school which is 10 km from my house , went straight to Battery centre , checked the battery out , they found it was a dead cell , drove to Infinity battery ,ask them to check it out , found battery had a dead cell. this is when my nightmare started , they required a invoice , which i produced , the person in charge tells he does not have a lone battery and it will be there on Wednesday , explained to him that I need the car , but i will have to wait till Wednesday , no battery arrived , assured us it will be there on Thursday at 10am , got there still no battery arrived , he gave us a old flat battery that was charging to get rid of my wife , car got stuck at the house , phoned numerous times , got hold of him , said he will call us back , never called again , he told us that he is alone also has 1 technician and cannot do anything.I though that was bad , head office was even worse , they were supposed to call me back but ignored me .before buying the battery , i asked the sales man , how is the quality of the battery and he said there was no come backs and they have a 25month grauntee , the battery is of high quailty . he never tell me at the time if there is a problem ,awaiting period of 21days apply , it was on the fine print on the invoice .I paid R800 for the battery and it now cost me R1700 , and counting , took 4hrs from work , lost out on my 2 passangers travelling money , had to take a cab to work for the rest of the week , for a battery , not an accident or car failure . lets talk about other reputable battery dealers , they would have given me a brand new battery same time , comments from the dealers , infinity batteries are bad news , advised to buy from reputable dealers , pay a little bit extra but get the service you require , they want to fix the dead cell , by using Espson salts , battery charger , distilled water , plastic funnel or baking soda , for a quick fix , I am still shocked Infinity are still allowed to trade in this country , please tell me that i am wrong and should not complain about this company , 6 days and counting without a car
I have huge problems with Zoom Fibre , firstly i do not how they were awarded the contract for fibre , the service providers are extremely poor . There has to be some law to protect customers , firstly they say it is a month to month contract , but if you cancel before a year , the customer is liable for insulation fees and activation fees , that definitely does not make it a month to month contract The service providers do not tell the customer about the fees they are will have to pay if the service is terminated before a year. I was with Accerite for over a year , they had one of the contractors to install my line and it was a disaster. The guys installed the line and I was not getting coverage for the entire house and it was no fault of mine , reported it to Accerite and they did nothing about the problem. Got someone to have a look it the issue , and straight away identified the problem . the router was incorrectly installed . the athena was facing down and it was low , so signal was not picking up and sped was very low , paid money for something that did not work properly for over a year. according to home connect they will have to pay Zoom again for activation fees which i will be liable for if the contact is not honored for a year , one sales lady said it is R1300:00 and the other is saying it is R500:00 for activation again. I said this to my ward councillor that they should of got permission before installing fibre at my house and if they did , we as the residents should have the right to choose who we want and not to give us anyone that wants to rip us off. Any one who can give hand outs , will get the tender , I am frustrated with the current system and fraud , these people think they can con us for our hard earned cash. Please stop ripping off innocent people and using pyramid schemes to make money from people.
Hi i took out a motor service plan with Motorvaps , 4 months ago , tele sales rep phoned me to sell a service plan , at first I told him i was not interested and he went on to get me a run down of the plan. Eventually he convinced me to take the plan , my 4th payment was made and I phoned the dealer Honda and the service advisor had told me that they do not deal with motorvaps and i should contact them regarding my service plan. Trust me i spent over R400.00 on calls to try and get hold of the claims department and when i did get through , they cut my call , had to re-try , spoke to a team leader and he told me with my package i am allowed to take it to the dealer. Honda had to phone for authorization , when they phoned was told they will not pay for my service because the car was not serviced every year , the tel sales person did not tell me anything about the car must be serviced every year and it does not work on the milage , because my car did no do 15000kms in the 2 years. I asked them to hear the recorded conversation between me and the sales person , Motorvaps are saying they do not keep the recording. This company is fraud , because what i was told by the sales consultant is not the same as the contract they sent to me. I bought the policy on what was sold to me over the phone and not the email posted to me. i tried to cancel this policy with my refund , but this company ignored my email and did not send me a response a manager said they she was going to listen to the recorded conversation and come back to me , she phoned me the day after my complain and told me that she will get back to me , but i did not receive any feed back form her as yet. I only read up the reviews from the pervious customers after i had this issue with them and , they have the same problem as i am having, where this company does not pay for the service plan. Also the manager or senior person from the company said in the guys write up this is not the platform to discuss these issues Surely there has to be some investigation on this company and also the sales people they hire to sell false information to customers and con us for our hard earned cash. i also would like to know which customers will pay a company to do a policy , so the company can take their money for free and do not give the service that was promised
Hi I would like to share my horrible experience with Home studio furniture in PMB. i had purchased a brand new Nivda Graffton Everest re-clinger lounge set from them on the 3rd January 2022. When the lounge set was delivered within 1 hour , we found a reject on the 2 setter lounge , it was torn. reported the mater to the salesman Sphu immediately , telling him they sold us a factory reject or a soiled factory set. His response was that it was not a factory soil lounge and it was from the ware house, he was going to investigate , what cause the problem and come back to me. HE came back and said that he did not want to base anything on assumptions on how it got damaged but wants to solve the problem by getting it repaired or possibley exchanged. Sphu asked me to check for a barcode under the flap and give it to him. There was no bar code , he then sent another message that i must not worry about the code , he had already logged a complain with Grafton . I phoned the manager asking him why they sold a reject lounge suite to me , the response was that they have taken this from a store that was looted and kept in their ware house. That is enough for me to confirm that the lounge was a reject , also there was no bar tag on the lounge. sphu did not contact me from the 14th of January , till I phoned him on the 20th January 2022 He assured me that , they were going to pick up the lounge on Friday the 28th January 2022 , he called on said it was going to rain , and they would not be able to pick it up , will come on Saturday at 8:30am , but did not arrive. today is the 2nd February and still no one came. I am looking for my full compensation , including paying for master guard , delivery I will not recommend anyone to deal with Home studio furniture . Bad service , had to repeat information multiple times . long waiting period , also very dishonest company to deal with. I will not accept any rejects , when paid for a brand new set.
Good morning i would like to talk express my frustration with Vodacom. i had a lot of bad experience with Vodacom , firstly they are sent a link , saying there is a promotion with them , giving customers free subscription for 6 months with Amazon and there after a fee of R76.00 per month , provided people have a contract for more than R150:00 a month with them. I went on the link , from Vodacom subscribed to Amazon , used the bar code given to me. Noticed Amazon was taking a fee of R96.00 a month though it was a mistake on the first month , but noticed they have taken money again on the second month. Tried to get hold of Vodacom and ask them , why monies are deducted from my account , because i was supposed to get 6 months free subscriptions and there after pay R76:00 per month , the consultant said . other people had the same problem , i had to cancel and re -subscribe , tried to do that . According to Amazon they do not have any records from their side , I had to cancel my cards , open a fraud case and take out Amazon , this cost me a lot of money and time. Vodacom is getting a kick back from Amazon and causing huge problems to the customer , to me this is fraud. Vodacom has not done this the first time , there were other issues as well , where they send you this R5:00 ring tones , reoccurring data , where you press the button and every month they start to take out money from the customers. I am sick and tired with Vodacom. I would like to know how many other customers were caught in this web. i hate dealing with Vodacom going forward.
