Response to Recent Claim Assessment – Property at 974 Wolfaardt Street, Da****rt Estate, Pretoria I am writing in response to the recent claim assessment regarding the property at 974 Wolfaardt Street, Da****rt Estate, Pretoria. I would like to address several concerns: With the severe hailstorm that struck Pretoria in the early hours of 1 December, causing extensive damage to homes and properties. Several roofs collapsed, and numerous windows were shattered as the storm swept through the area. It was said by John De Jager that maintenance was allegedly not performed on the roofs of the house and flatlet. This statement is incorrect. Regular upkeep has been carried out to ensure the integrity of the roofing structures. Specifically, waterproofing was completed in December 2024, and again in January and August 2025. I am concerned about how the assessor, John De Jager concluded that maintenance was not done, given that this was his first visit to the premises and he did not do inspections on the roofs, just walked around and taking pictures of the carport on the ground, the whole inspection was about 5min. Furthermore, we received no feedback after his inspection. When we attempted to contact him for clarification, we were informed that he is currently on leave. The assessor indicated that the building plans should reflect the carports. Unfortunately, there are no existing plans available for the property. This is due to a major fire that occurred at the municipal offices in Pretoria, which destroyed the west wing of the Munitoria building on March 3, 1997, where all archived house plans were stored. As a result, it is not possible to produce the original plans. Due to ongoing heavy rains, additional damage has occurred, and the cost of repairs continues to escalate. This situation requires urgent attention to prevent further deterioration and financial impact. Please note that the household claim is also being held back due to this inconvenience, which is causing additional strain and delays in addressing the overall damage. Please advise on the next steps and confirm whether this explanation will be accepted so that we can move forward promptly. I am committed to resolving this matter and providing any additional information you may require. I am paying the insures every month, via debit order or EFT. We don’t claim for small unnecessary issues. We are covered in the Police schedule for storm/wind/water/hail and snow. NOW after this you tell us you are not going to pay the claim, i am very disapointed in John De Jager as the assesor and IntegriSure as well

I'm so furious with the *********** people working this company!! I wanted to buy pet insurance from PawPaw pet insurance for my healthy 7 year old female cat and then a woman by the name if Malicka started giving me a hard time insisting that I must get a health certificate from my vet for my cat that's never been ill in her life, because she is a 100% indoors cat!!!! My vet just stated that my cat only comes in for her annual vaccinations, but this stupid woman doesn't understand that!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT A HEALTHY PET!!!!

I'm so furious with the *********** people working this company!! I wanted to buy pet insurance from PawPaw pet insurance for my healthy 7 year old female cat and then a woman by the name if Malicka started giving me a hard time insisting that I must get a health certificate from my vet for my cat that's never been ill in her life, because she is a 100% indoors cat!!!! My vet just stated that my cat only comes in for her annual vaccinations, but this stupid woman doesn't understand that!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT A HEALTHY PET!!!!

Great, fantastic, awesome, for a lack of better words, Integrisure has the best service and price. Of all the insurance companies in South Africa, they stay unbeatable and hassle free, I have been with them for 20+ years and have not had a problem with claims submitted or settlement of claims. Just no mess, no fuzz, good honest business.

I sent my quotation along with the damage report to you last week, but if I don’t follow up, I don’t get any feedback. Yesterday morning when I called, I was told that the quotations were not accepted, and the best part is that I didn’t receive any feedback at all. On top of that, the wrong quotation was looked at, even after I informed you on WhatsApp that an updated quotation had been sent. Yesterday morning, I explained to Rhadia that the DVR is used for our cameras and is part of our security system because we live in a high-risk area. I also explained that just this past weekend, our neighbors were broken into, and we are trying to prevent that and keep my family safe. Rhadia made an effort and arranged for one of your service providers to come out yesterday already to take the photos and do the report, because I would have had to wait too long for a new quotation. So one would think we’re trying to save you money by using our own people, but even that’s not good enough. The service provider was here yesterday and said the report would be sent through the same day, and that I could call this morning for feedback. I called and asked to speak with Rhadia, and the lady asked how she could help me. I asked for feedback, and she said I would have to wait 4 days for feedback. Why am I not allowed to speak to Rhadia? That woman just raised my blood pressure because I had to explain myself all over again. This is my first claim, and this is how I have to struggle to replace what I’ve paid for. I’m not *****ing from you. My claim is legitimate, but you’re quick to take my money and can’t deliver a service. Makes me wonder how long you’ll still be in business.

Absolutely a company with no Integrity. Greediness got hold of them. They don't gave a damn about their customers or whatsoever. If only they can make money and mislead you they are on their best. The above 50 good service and premiums are a big lie. As soon as you sign up they don't care anymore and they are a excuse for the business world. I.D number 6501025200081 This company is the worst company to take out insurance I put in a claim on the 27th November for my roof been damaged by a sever hail storm , they sent 2 accessors to assess the damage on different days. the first assessor went on the roof took photos and said he knows a little about building , and wrote his report regarding the damage , they was not happy with the report , the second two guys came and done the inspection from a building company , they deal with , also wrote a report and sent the photos to Intergisure , they took 3 weeks to come back to me ,saying it looks like wear and tear and gradual causes , but will send the photos to the insurance company and come back to me the next week with an outcome . today is the 14th January 2025 and no one has called me. Firstly my roof was sealed from the ridge coming down about 2 months before the storm , there was very heavy rains and there was no leaks . secondly I had my own contractor to assess the damage and repair the roof his report was the Havey winds , the hail damage that caused the water to flood my house , I got the damaged tiles from the hail stones . the wind moved the tiles causing the storm water to get into the house, my question is must i do maintenance every hour , every day , every week and also repair any storm damage . act of nature , was also told water can come from anywhere , it has its exits This company has not phoned and gave me any answers , we had rains after the storm and it caused more damage to my house , I had to fix the roof I will never ever recommend this company to anyone , they are very bad news and hate paying for claims , but every month my money was taken out from my account on time

On the 14th August 2024, we was ****** y 2 helpers. At about 10h30 that Wednesday morning my dad was approached by 2 ladies looking to do house work and has our regular helper was sick, my dad agreed for 1 to come clean the house, the other lady then said they both will help each and finish the work faster for the same amount, since it was late already my dad agreed, they where bought into the house and left with both my sister and myself, the helpers proceeded to clean the house as we requested, my dad had to leave to pick up children from school and had to leave to go to work, my sister was still at home with the helpers, my sister also ad a 1 year old baby, at about 14h00 after cleaning the helpers said they had to leave has they ad to pick up their children, my sister said that they must wait for my dad as she didnt have any money to pay them, they then said that they had a conversation with my dad and that he said them to come work again on Saturday and that they will hat the money then, as we were in the process on looking for another helper, my sister didnt question and id ok they can leave, my sister even gave them some food in plastic packets to take away, in order for them to leave my sister had o go open the main gate then come back up to hold our 2 pitbulls as the helpers was afraid to walk past the dogs, my sister could not see what the left with as she was with the dogs and the baby, the helpers left and my sister went back down and locked the gate. When my dad came back home about 3pm he asked where the helpers was so he could pay them, my sister told him that they said he told them to come back and work on Saturday, my dad said he did not tell that. My dad suspected something then, hen then went in his room to look for his cellphone which he left in the room before leaving, which he could not find, I had come back from work by then, we then started loiking through our belongings, we then realized that 2 laptops, jewelry, sheos, electronics, clothes and even money was ******. We went to the police station and openned a case and informed our insurance IntegriSure. A few days later a ssessor came to our house, he took a few pictures and asked if we had proof on ownership of all the items, we provided im with receipts or boxes for the items, he took pictures, i was only unable to provide proof of the money. Afew weeks later I was contacted by the assessor via watsapp, i was asked to go online and provide pictures with prices for all the items, all pictures provided as was requested. Another few weeks later, I had no reply and contacted Ingerisure, was told that the insurance is still deciding. Another few weeks, in about October still nothing, i called again, to be told that the claim was rejected and that the assessor will responde to me, anoher few weeks i called assessor, by this times i was frustrated as i didnt even know how much the claim was, the assessor said that they will follow up and contact me in a few days, the assessor did call me back to ask me for permission to do a voice test over the phone, i was told it is to determine if i was lying. A few day later someone from the assessor called me and asked my what had happened from the start told them again, i was even asked if i exaggerated the claim and how do i think they took the items out of the house, i said i wasnt a rogue to now how they did if. Still the insurer rejected the claim, i was then asked together with my parents, to sign consent forms so that they could call our previous insurance company to check if we had other cliams, which didnt have. In the last 2 weeks i called IntegreSure numerous times, even daily, to be told that the insurence is still deciding, last week i was told that the insurer decided on an amount but was not for everything s there was no proof of owership for jewelery, i then had to send pictures of me using the jewelry. Today 18th November 2024 i see an email with the claim amount that i must sign and send back, the insurer approved only half the claim, only 1 laptop and no jewelry, reason was no proof of owership was provided. I tried o all IntegriSure today but still no response, i pay my premium every month to be treated like a rogue and dishonest person. IntegriSure has no respect for their clients. I am very disappointed with this behavior and to think that i made my mother cancel our policy with another insurer just to be treated like im the rogue.
