I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this warranty provider. I took out a vehicle warranty in good faith, expecting coverage for mechanical failures caused by normal wear and tear. At no point was my vehicle inspected when the warranty was issued, nor was I informed of any concerns regarding the catalytic converter (CAT). When my vehicle’s turbo failed due to normal wear and tear on a high-mileage vehicle, my claim was rejected. I consulted a qualified turbo specialist, who confirmed in writing that it is standard industry practice to remove or replace the CAT when a turbo is damaged, particularly on vehicles with higher mileage. This professional assessment was shared with the warranty provider but was disregarded. The reason for the turbo failure was clearly linked to the vehicle’s mileage and not to abuse, negligence, or modifications. I also confirmed that no modifications were made to the vehicle after I purchased it. It is concerning that a warranty can be sold without an inspection, yet claims are later declined based on conditions the client was never made aware of upfront. This approach places the customer at a clear disadvantage. I believe this matter has been handled unfairly and does not align with reasonable customer service expectations. I am requesting that this claim be reviewed properly, taking into account expert opinion and the circumstances under which the warranty was issued. I hope this complaint leads to a fair resolution.
i have been with Standard bank for 26 years, im moving to ABSA now. this is the best decision i have ever made. i called to cancel my prestige account they sent me a mail on amount i need to pay. after i paid it i called them again then they stated sorry they cannot help closing it over the phone. the amount only valid for one day now its already the 2nd and its still not closed. this is very very bad services to clients i will make sure all the people i know remove them from Standard bank, im also taking away my companies from them as well.
Will never buy a vehicle from this place again, they day everything is in good condition 2 months down the line things starts too break then you have to repair it yourself
I will never in my life take Vodacom services again, ill make sure my friends and family does the same, i paid my outstanding balance but they are not allocating it, called about 4 times no one can assist, emailed 6 times "sorry its not our department". People out there please do not trust Vodacom services they are useless and just take our money
They sell you faulty speakers and when you want to return they tell you they don't have warranty on it, installation done by a approved sound installer
Went to burger King in birchleigh, worst service in my life staff doesn't even know what they doing, they are charging me for stuff and don't even ask. They tell me that I need to get my own drinks and as soon as I do it they tell me with an attitude that I am not allowed to, they don't even have cup holder for all my drink. They don't even supply with sauces for chip not even napkins to wipe my hand, they just open and they don't take card machine as well had too walk out of the Q to draw money just to pay for food, I will never ever return to this place and nor will my friend and family I will make sure of that.
worst services provider ever, been waiting for a month for my sim. If i call them i dont get hold of them and if i get hold of them they put me on hold for an hour then drops the call, but i need to pay every month
My car was in for repairs for almost 2 weeks, after i have received a call stating my car is ready and can be delivered to me, outsurance contacted me promising my car will be delivered. i arranged people to stay home and yet after calling Outsurance a few times nobody called me back. Saturday morning i called to find out where is my car just so that they can tell me that the Claim department doesn't work on weekend , i then told them can i get someone to assist me now. they put me on hold and then hang up. I will never use outsurance again if this is the way they treat there client and i will not refer them to any of my family or friend.
