I'm appalled by the service this tracking company provides. The first year I had, it was lovely. To a point where I referred my grandmother to get the same package, from the beginning it was a disaster. They fitted the tracker after a month from the sale date. I had to cancel for them to act. 3 months later they have added something and my grandmother is old, didn't understand what was she agreeing on. When I call to cancel they refer me to another department (Netstar companion). They always, I mean always ("experiencing high call volumes, leave your details and will call you back") never calls. From the 18th of August 2025 till now. I regret the decision to get my relatives this company and myself
I need someone with actually customer service experience, from Finchoice to give me a call. The agents in this company are rude to come. They have no regard for any person. Bare in mind, I'm speaking very calmly and polite because I need help, I know I'm in the wrong, so try to rectify my wrongs. The agen didn't not give me the time and day. She was rude, very rude and asking me what must she do with the information I'm telling her!!! What!!!! I work in a customer service department and no matter what the customer might have said, you do not reply with so much rudeness and hostility. Zethu in the payment arrangements team, you are not customer service material. I will never hire someone like you in my department
I experienced a horrific service today at Hi Fi corporation Centurion Mall. I bought a gas heater from them in March 2025. Today I had to return due to it turning itself off, sometimes it doesn't want to go on, after it has turned itself off, it won't come on again. I get there and they tell me, they need to book it in for repair which will take max 21 working days. For me that's a month. I have pneumonia and arthritis. I need a heater, Im not going to work or go outside because I need to be in a warm all the time. Taking it for 21 days how is it going to help me? I bought it to serve for my needs, in this period of it being repaired why am I going to do? The lady couldn't answer. It shouldn't have any technical issues, it brand new. 2 months old!!!
The customer service is *******, I have been refunded partially and the other items that were in the same package they say they have not arrived. Which makes no sense. When you chat to them, they don't give amser only those automated machines!!
This company refusing to return my deposit. I paid R5800 for deposit and they send me statements to say they will refund me R741. On the statement that you have sent, it says I have been charged for administration fee of R250, I don't know what is it for because with every lease I signed when starting or renewing, the admin was paid according to what stipulated on the lease. One thing I knew was going to be charged after moving out was the inspection fee which was stipulated at R200 on the very first lease agreement which by the way it null and void because it ended long time ago. The last one I signed had no inspection fee. Also all the marks that I have been charged for, from the picture that you sent me, I counted not more than 3 marks which were very blurry by the way and that fully explain the wear and tear of the apartment from daily being occupied. Which also doesn't explain the labour and consumables that I have been charged for as that forms part of the wear and tear which again it's not my responsibility (see attached). This goes to the doors, walls, the entire apartment basically. I See no drawing on these pictures because if there were then I will be liable. I did not hang, mount, stick anything in these wall for the entire time I occupied the unit So, if there was nothing broken which I know there wasn't, I see no reason whatsoever to be charged such an absorbent amount. Water as per my understanding it was prepared. Which was paid every month along with electricity, when I occupied the unit. Again, I plead fix this. I don't even wanna go to fumigation as that whole complex is infested with ****roaches because of the bins, that are outside people's unit, big bins that are always full which results in this infestation and we end up with ****roaches. This is the email I sent to them 2 weeks ago, I then sent a follow up email 3 days ago and still no or feedback. My next step is small claims court and they will pay interest and time consumed on my end
I have app**** for uif since 06 June 2024, till this date, it has an update of sent to assessor. Call Centre is useless, call drops and they don't call you back. No one has answers. I have been asked to submit documents time and time again and I do receive a confirmation that the documents have been received but still nothing!!!!! 4 months later
I'm so frustrated and really Annoyed. On the 12th June 2024, I decided to buy a heater from Home choice. It was delivered on 19 June 2024 at the collection point of my choice. Fastforward I had issues with it and I called them on the 21st June 2024 requesting to return and the lady said I should sent it back where it was collected from. I did on that day. Till today no communication from them. I receive calls from courier service to say they here to collect, I have told them it's not in my house it is at the pick up point where I was advised to take it to. I have called home choice several times advising them of this they always give me different information. Today the lady said I must go back to the pick up point to take it and the delivery guys will come to my house. HOW LONG WILL I DO THIS BACK AND FORTH WITH MY PETROL AND TIME just because of not accurate information given by the customer service agents? How are they providing training?????
This company is the ****iest property companies. Especially in Calton view, JHB, 36 Von Wielligh street. They don't fix things. First of all they have two lifts on such a big flat. Where the rent is extremely high. Who on earth pays R4000 for a BACHELOR flat that has stove that is not working properly? Cupboards are old. They never fumigate the place like ever!!!! There's always water issues but we pay for every month. The wardrobe is mental jail type of wardrobe. Right now there's no water on CHRISTMAS DAY nogal!!! Lifts are not working BOTH OF THEM!!!! I CANNOT WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS OVER.
Incompitent services from Telkom. Whenever you try to contact it is 98% you will fail whether you contacting via chat system or calling them. On the chat system I've been disconnected twice. I have spent money to buy data bundle that does not work and I need assistance
