This company is a Cavan. I ordered from them paid for the product in On the 21 December 2025 and up until today there has been no product. Despite tens of emails still no product except the automatic response that is the same everytime it's like you are responded to by a machine. I have asked for a refund since they cannot deliver still no refund. Instead they sent me numbers that they claimed are of the post office but when I called those numbers they are the numbers of an ABSA bank. I am warning everybody who is thinking of buying anything from this company that these are the biggest ****mers I have ever come across in this country. They are in a business of ****ming people
I received a call from 0217537264 calling me by my first Name saying they are from want to see if I am paying the right interest in my accounts I said I don't have accounts and I am unemployed and this guy who was very rude told me that I do have accounts and I said I don't have them and he forcefully told me that these are accounts that I didn't know about. I was not interested and that he must drop the phone as he was wasting his time as I wasn't interested in his story. I dropped the called and nd and I am paying more interest than I should be, and they proceeded to confirmed my first name I said yes and later he told me that unfortunately they cannot help as I don't have any loans and they dropped the call and the guy called me again and swore at me and told me that he has my accounts and listed my accounts with Nedbank and Capitec and I simply dropped the call whilst he was still listing them. 10 minutes later I received a message from my phone saying I have given consent to Forget Dept to request and Obtain a credit report on my behalf with the objective to perform an affordability assessment relating to my debt exposur That is not the case I never gave any consent, Can someone help me to stop whatever they are trying to do? I am so stressed because these people are messing up with our debt records
I ordered 3 shirts from this shop. I paid R1700 including shipping. On Monday I received a message to go and collect from the post office. This came in more after more than a month of waiting. To my amazement when I arrived at the post office they asked me to pay R644.00 I am shocked because I paid for shipment and now I ama asked to pay the post office. I don't know why I had to pay again. I then paid took my parcel home you won't believe the rubbish that I received. Two shirts are not fitting me they are super small but are written extra. Large. Please beware this company is a scam. Ive now paid more than R2000 for shirts that are visibly worth R80 each. What a rip-off. Ill
Today I have rxpitienced the worst treatment ever by a person working for Nedbank New Germany Branch. I went to the branch to collect my American Express card and a two minute excercise turned into more than an hour humiliating expirience. I arrived at the branch with a snaking queue outside and a man with a name Theesen was in charge of the queue outside. I asked if I am required to him where I should go to collect my card. My understanding is that this should be a quick and painless expirience but he said I must join the queue. I obliged as **** as I am as I am coming from my dialysis which makes me weak. I joined the queue sitting on the edge of the shop next door whilst following the queue. I did this which too more than 35 minutes until I was right at the door and there were 2 more customers ahead of me. Outside the bank there's a water meter where I found some comfort and sat on it. I don't know if its because I look stupid or what but Ive observed how this man treated customers to the bank. The customers were asked standard questions which are done everywhere bylut how he responded to them when he couldn't hear clearly what they were responding to him. After observing this he left the queue and cake back to tell me that I must move back because I was not social distancing and according to my small mind I was apart from the next person and I wouldn't risk my life getting closer to people as I know I am weak and have been working from home since the first lockdown. I don't go out I don't go anywhere and by chance today I took time to go and collect my card at this branch because it was sent there. If I knew I wouldn't have used this branch where this man who treated customers as if they are illeterate and who don't understand that there Covid and as if this only apply at Nedbank. Everywhere you go you are treated with common courtesy but when I'm belittled in front of people by someone who behaves as if he owns Nedbank back chats you and goes in out of the bank blow things out of proportion. This man went inside called security whom I explained to how everything started and that I was sick hence I was sitting down since I arrived. The security guy was very professional he went inside the bank brought a chair for me to sit and I continued being in the queue. The man totally disregarded me only coming back to say I must not scream at him and finally went inside the bank and then out of nowhere two armed response security came to the bank and met him outside. He went to them and spoke to them and pointed at me. One of the security guys cake to me and asked me what was wrong and I explained what transpired and that they can liaise with the security inside the bank who even gave me the chair to sit on it outside the bank as I am sick and weak. The armed response guys said thats not what they were told hence they responded as if someone was threatening the people and staff. I had not even entered the bank at all. I even requested that at least I give them my ID so that they can give me my card outside the bank since this man was refusing to even write my name as per Covid protocol. 3 people went in ahead of me because he was showing me that he has the power to stop me from entering the bank and I wasn't demanding that simple because I refused to go back as I was sonlck and there was enough space whead of mea if he had been proactive by moving people to go forward we wouldn't have had such a commotion. This man as I was told later that he is a Manager of that bank and when speaking to other staff they alluded to the fact that finally somebody has challenged him. I spent more than an hour outside the bank and only took 2 minutes to get my card. The way I was treated by this manager and belittled in front of people by someone I would think represent this company makes me think twice about ever going to that branch again. I will never set foot in that brach again and will request to move my account to Nedbank in Kloof where I stay. I think this manager lacks interpersonal skills and has a lot to learn in terms of how he treats customers and also how he treats people who aren't of his kind. At my age I don't think I need someone to scold me and talk to me as if I am stupid and illeterate and show me he has powers to do as he please simply because I am there to seek some assistance. I really don't go to banks and I do my banking online mist of the time. I sincerely hope that this will be investigated as I am willing to come forward as this is not just a complaint and zi surely will pursue other means to have this addressed otherwise I will escalate it to the highest office to find relief and have this addressed. I will never set foot at Nedbank New Germany ever. It's a waste of time. I don't understand why do we have the same queue for everybody who come to simply collect a bank card with people who are there to apply for other services. It is a waste of time. I wasted more than an hour in the queue outside the bank and treated like rubbish, had people go before me who came after me and all this was done by a manager with no vein of how to treat customers with dignity and had armed response called to me for something that could have not even escalated to where it ended. I really demand justice as I felt very small and undermined
I went online to buy a TV, a wall mounting bracket, a sound bar and some cables. I then received a notification that I must take certain documents to their shop in Springfield Durban. I put my documents which I was told they will take a few days to process. A few days later I recrived confirmation that everything was approved. I was then told that I will be told when to collect my things. On arrival at their store I was told that I must take insurance for all things, which I wasn't told how much that will cost me. I was made to sign for 2 insurances. 1 insurance I was told that if I have a breakdown of the items I could take them back to the store to be fixed. My under standing is that thia is covered by the 24 months warranty but was forced to take insurance for them. 2 I was also told that I am supposed to have insurance so that in case if I get unemployed the insurance will cover me. Despite my protest I was told it company policy. The next thing was that the woman who was assisting me at the shop brought another man and told me that the man was the one who helped me when I have done everything online. The other thin is that I was told that I am forced to pay for delivery of my items. They said this is because they must come and see where I stay and was told that this was their company policy. Shocking as that was I was then asked by the woman who was assisting me that I will have to buy her chocolate because she was helping me as I wasn't going to get this things. I wish to know if this is how Hifi Corp operates or this was done to me because I am black? Also the fact that up until today I have no records of the contract only the documents that we asked from me were returned to me. I have nothing as proof of purchase and if I can have police come to my house I have no papers for any of the things I bought from them. I have logged a complaint via a telephone and the Indians who've called me have no assisted me at all as they refuse to believe my story. I am now understanding that I will never set my foot at that show again and am warning people not ever get dupped into contracts that they can't see and deliveries that are not required. I don't want any delivery as I wanted to collect my things but all was refused and told that it's company policy to get staff to deliver for the first time so that they can see where I stay which was denied by the agents who called me from their head offfice.
I think I now must vent about this pharmacy which Bonitas Medical Aid compels us to use for our chronic medication. First and foremost their employees have no sense of care and concern. they receive a scrip a week earlier and they have no sense of purpose as they don't tell you which date will your medication will be delivered. secondly they choose for you the medication that you don't need. several times I have been sent generics that made me sick. they don't even call you they simply send you wrong medication claim and deduct money from your medical aid without your concern. whether the medication you get is acceptable or not to them its not important. I suffered from Kidney failure because they gave me wrong medication which is generics that are not even available on Google to verify their side effects. this they do without consulting you to confirm if the generics are okay or not. I have for a number of times cancelled my prescription with them but they still send me the rubbish. Just last week I sent a prescription to them on Thursday 20/08/2020 on the same day they confirmed having received the script with a promise that the medication will be dispatched within a day. that was Thursday. On Friday went by and came Monday went by nothing from them. I was very clear that the Chronic medication I had was running out the past Friday. nothing came from them. I saw them putting a claim to discovery on Friday and they were to be paid in 3 days. On Tuesday after realising that there was nothing that was coming from them, I called their offices. The person who picked up the phone didn't know when my medication was going to be delivered. this woman didn't know how to deal with a customer. I was flabbergasted and then I was then told that the medication I ordered had a Co-Payment. she started telling me about this saying that there were co-payments for each medication which totalled R257.00. I asked why wasn't I told that there was going to be a co-payment? she didn't know I asked her if I didn't call I wasn't going to know about this co-payment which means I wasn't going to get my medication indefinitely. War erupted as I turned red because she claimed that she knew nothing about this and she was just telling me. I then made a request for their bank account and the amount to be sent to me via email. when they sent me the statement with the amount to be paid they claimed that I owe them money which means there were areas that I didn't know about. To receive my medication I kept quiet and made an instant EFT and then sent it to them including the amount that they've never informed me about. I then expected that I will receive some conformation that they've received the money but nothing about medication. I then took a phone again yesterday and asked when am I going to receive my medication and the person who answered my phone said she doesn't know and she even dropped the call on me. This morning I sent an email copying Bonita's and some people I have dealt with in the past. one person called Portia Mokoena responded to my email and deny everything that I had specified in the email. this is because she sent me a different amount that was meant to be paid and when I questioned this I was told a different amount, which had arrears that I didn't know about if I didn't call them to ask about the delivery of my medication. This morning again I call them to ask when will my medication be sent to me when am I going to receive them. The person who answered a call called herself Geneva or Jeneva and told me she doesn't know. I asked her because she works there she should have some records that are showing where is my medication and when its going to be delivered. I had to teach her that she must never say she doesn't know. at least she needs to learn to own up and take my details and find out from relevant parties in their company and then call me with the required information. Up until now they've never sent me anything confirming when will my medication be dispatched and when will I receive my medication and this is not the first time but this has happened so many times I am failing to understand how a big company can operate and do wrong things with impunity to chronic patients who rely on the same medication that they change at will and send us generics that you've never heard of from a bar of soap. I am so angry at the treatment I have received my blood pressure has gone to 235/122. this is what kills people. theres no care and concern even if you send an email stating that you wont have medication in 3 days you will receive your medication 2 weeks later. This is not the first incident but I have so many incidents, supported by emails, phone calls recorded etc. I am so gatvol
I took this company many years ago to assist me to restructure my debt. They made me pay them R30 000 before they can help me. After this when I saw that my debts was not decreasing I cancelled debt review this company refused to remove me on debt review. When I have paid all my debt I am told that I must go back to them to clear my name. I now have a woman who is frustrating me. After submitting all the letters to them she popsin and said there's a letter missing from FNB. I've fought with FNB for this letter and when I got it sent it to this woman at Debtsafe, she ignores my emails doesn't respond to them and now I am sitting with Under Debt Review even after fixing everything they said I must fix. This company has frustrated me too much. I just want my name cleared
I was a clirnt of FNB and since I have paid up their credit card last year and closed the account I have called them for the last 3 weeks because I need a letter from them that confirms that I have paid up and don't owe them any money. They've promised to email me the letter but up until today no letter. My life has literary stopped as I seem to lying to this new person but I don't owe them a single cent. How long must life stop because of them? I am so gatvol because of their incompetence
Mandy Goldstone, Natasha Dennes and Gail Coates have done an outstanding job in trying to secure a housing loan for us. they've gone beyond their call of duty making sure that we are kept informed of what's going on giving us advice about credit and how we can be able to fix things accordingly. we are still waiting for our bond approval and I will recommend them and their company for the tons of work that they put to make the purchase of a house a success
This is the worst debt review company. I am now under debt review for life despite having cancelled my debt review with them. They have not removed my name despite having cancelled them many months ago. They refuse to cancel my debt review and remove my name despite having paid off all my debts and made arrangements with one creditor to pay them double the installment originally agreed
