matthysen & van vuuren attorneys dont follow law.i just saw a default listing on my credit record .As per section 72 of the NCA you should give me 20 days written notice of your intent to list the default that was not done and I don't even know why they listed me.They saw it fit not to follow the law.Never ever have a seen a law firm or attorneys that do such.I hope the contact me asap cause I am not taking this.
I ordered bedding they said out of stock a person who I told of the special and she ordered after me got the bedding. NOW ITS A BATTLE TO REFUND MY MONEY.SENT NUMEROUS MAILS AND CHATS TO AGENTS TILL DATE I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED...I want My Money
I ordered food from uner never received it and was never refunded. I regret buying my microwave through them .first they collected my microwave **** that I sent it with a dent ...secondly they refused to fix saying it has insects.where I stay there is no insects secondly they left other branches in Capetown Hirsch to joburg damaged my microwave then they blame me then they can't fix it..they stayed without giving feedback till I followed up to be given stupid excuse. Trusted them as it's via my bank Nedbank I got the recommendation I am angry Nedbank recommended it's avo that messes us up should have bought at game.for Nedbanks deceit I will have my whole family move banks cause they are *********. Avo I'm totally angry...

I settled my account asked for the settlement or paid up letter as I need it urgently for an important application I have made.They are saying I should wait till the 12th.whilst they have confirmed they received the full balance owed. Other companies sent me why should they be a stumbling block of my success.i want the account closed and settlement letter sent asap Two days back they said they can't close and send me the letter as the payment is not reflecting now it's reflecting there are coming up with another excuse I need the letter today
Had a query with Cell C in 2020 they resolved it and removed the accounts on the credit bureau as their fired incompetent trainee was behind the problem. Now all of a sudden the account has been listed 2 years later costing me an opportunity of a lifetime. Tried calling to no avail
I went to Mr Price Home to buy the money deducted on my account but on their side they said I can't take the goods showed them proof they said it will reverse after some hours.left the goods till date it has not reversed.travelled numerous times wasted my petrol till date it has not been reversed hours have turned to weeks what annoys me the most I advised them via Instagram they took ages to contact me and to top it up I was contacted by a manager who didn't and doesn't know what customer service is insisted I said my card number via his whatsapp when I asked how I will be compensated for the fuel and time wasted going up and about to Mr Price home which is far from my house as the staff kept lying about when I will get my money the manager read the message and ignored me ..when I asked about my money he blunty told me the head office is dealing with it.he just ddnt care or Mr Price is just a business that says either its way or the high way.i have heard to beg for the money rightfully mine..I am really disappointed. No feedback was given I just have to be at their mercy...learn something from your competitors how to treat clients. Till date I'm surprised at the treatment I received is it how you treat all your customers or I am one of those whose money and patronizing mrp is of no value.I am really disappointed.
Saturday I bought a shoe at Woolworths Sunday I noticed the shoe was peeling off and the glue was coming out in some places in the shoe...one of the supervisors saw it and agreed to give refund ..the store manager (I have her name) came and started telling me what if it's my fault she has to take it to be assessed...I asked her it's not even 48hours I bought the shoe you mean we run yo buy in Woolworths cause we love quality..then the supervisor showed her where the problem is then came to the exchange part I took something of the same amount she tells me I should pay extra money the voucher I have forfeited it..I asked her I ddnt change the shoe willy nilly but because of Woolworths failed quality. She ddnt care she kept saying that's the rule..and was just rude..looking at me from head to tore and busy taking out her cellphone hopefully she was not recording me..Look into this I will make it upon me to post on media the shoe and receipt so they see what Woolworths is made off..instead of your manager seeing the error is on your side she still needed to milk me more..I paid the extra money as if I changed it willingly while Woolworths bad quality failed. Even after this I still came back to buy more cause I love Woolworths but your managers treatment your terms has chased me from Woolworths .those that follow me on Twitter and Instagram shoe see that within 48 hours I bought the shoe Woolworths manager says she can only change it if the glue fully came out of the shoe not the small thing..I was astonished when I heard her say that..thank goodness one of the supervisors showed her ..
Bought a stove in August stove not working they declined to give me a new stove .meaning I spent all that money to use it for five months.inwant my replacement or refund.they are crooks obviously a used stove will not be sparkling
