My mom who is a stroke survivor and admitted at Kiaat high care was left unattended and suffered head injury. She called for assistance to get to the bathroom and she was ignored. She tried to help herself and she fell and suffered head injury.The hospital did not bother to even inform the registered next of kin on file.They don't even feed her.The nurses just leave her meals by the bedside.How is such a patient in her state supposed to feed herself and take medication?Nursing care is so bad a Kiaat!After the head injury,they moved my mom further away from the nurses station to next to the toilet.Mind you she has a cvp line and is partially disabled and has low BP,is she then supposed to walk to the toilet now that she is closer?Instead of treating her as a fall risk,the treatment is worsening. And to top that,the staff involved took my mom for x-ray?Who is going to pay???Appalling service!
On 14 January I received an email that my poetry order PT01252444 has been canceled and I should email my order number to onlinereturns@capeunionmart.co.za. for a refund since I used payjustnow for the purchase.I emailed all the required information immediately. To date, no one has had the basic decency to merely acknowledge my countless follow up emails nor have I been refunded.For a big company like the cape union group, this is very low and totally disappointing. I want my money back!
I returned a damaged item I ordered from bash.I received communication that the amount of R300 will be refunded.The refund was processed on the 14th of March and on the communication the funds were said that the would reflect in my account 5-7 working days.Today 26th of March,eight days later,the fees don't reflect. What is even annoying is that I reached out to Bash and Raeesa told me if the funds do not reflect in my account by today,which is day 8(I need to reiterate the fact that it's 8 days later)I will have to send a bank statement that reflects the purchasing transaction. Can someone please tell me what the relevance of this is..money was received from me that's why the goods were sent in the first place,why should I then jump hoops by sending a bankstatement that proves the transaction took place?Where is the logic? And in this day of technological advances,why does a simple eft take 5-7 days to reflect in my account?Hello!I didn't use a cheque that needs to clear! So guys BASH will make you bleed and jump hoops for a messley R300 and 8 days later,you will still not have your money back.They are ******!!

Since 18/1/2025,the status has been shipped.The promise online delivery TAT is said to be 5-7 days..today 1/2/2025 is day 14,still I don't have my purchase. I logged an enquiry, was asked for my order number 2 days ago...no further feedback to date.
My African Bank loan account was handed over to Nimble.I settled the account on 15 July 2024 and Nimble promised me a paid up letter within 14 days. Friday 2 August was day 15..no paid up letter.Nimble said they have paid over the money to African Bank .

Order B 3081080-01 I placed the order on 26/10/2023.Today 3/11/2023 I tracked my order and noted that it was delivered,but not to me.When I called the helpline,I was told my issue would be attended to in 24hours?So my bed has been delivered to the wrong address????I want to cancel
African Bank deducted from my bank account 3 times without my authorisation.25th of November they deducted R500,30th of November they unlawfully deducted R2898 and again R1000.I spoke to client service supervisor Mantwa Masondo on thr 30th for a refund Reference 9453334926.I have been sent from pillar to post,told different stories by consultants,Mantwa doesnt want to talk to me when i make follow up.African bank is a ****ty company and bullies clients.They are bad!!!!Staff including supervisors are incompetent and have zero respect for clients.
I purchased a base set at Witbank Rochester on black Friday. I got a call from cape town to on Saturday to arrange for delivery on 2/12/2019.I waited all day but no call nor delivery took place.I have been phoning the store,spoke to Ronald the salesman that sold me the bed,even he sends me from pillar to post. It's been 8 days now,still no delivery has been made. I'm going to the branch to get my refund today.
I received and email to say there's a credit due to me to be paid directly into my bank account on 25 September 2019.I then updated my banking details (REFERENCE 200919QMT5RF).On the 25th of September I called to follow up on the fact that the money wasn't reflecting in my bank account...that was when the headache started.I have been sent since from pillar to post.I was initially told on the 25th,the money will be reflecting in my account by Friday the 27th.This obviously didn't materialise...of which I called again on the 27th,this time the stupid credit controller told the agent to tell me the money will reflect by Monday 30th September...which also was a lie.On the 30th,yet another story was created to say I should have the money by Wednesday 2 October...which was also a false promise. This mind you is said to be an EFT that is taking forever to clear if it is indeed paid into my account.The credit controller responsible for my account is just plain incompetent,stupid in their reasoning capacity,negligent. Isn't fedhealth supposed to be a reputable company instead of the fraudsters they are that rip people off their rightful monies?I expected a much better service...but this has proven untrue.They lie and cheat people off their hard earned monies people...stay away from them...mind you,today is the 5th of October and the money hasn't been received by me.
