I have been sending them hundreds of emails as they keep listing that I have not paid my account when they are the first to get paid when I receive my salary. They keep marking me as a slow payer then other months that I have not even paid at all? They ruining my credit score I wish I never took out a loan with this company
I paid this company R4500 for a service which I’m still waiting on. It’s been back and forth and fed up with them. They call you provide feedback however when they reply via email they sing a different tune. I have requested for recordings of the calls and I’m getting the run around. I am in my right to request the call recordings I get no feedback from them I always have to email twice and then the same thing. I asked to speak to someone in a higher position the supervisor Zukiswa still disregards the request. I ask for a refund I’m being told they provided me with a service…what service? I had to do everything myself. When they type out letters and send to me they don’t even personalize by adding my name in the document. This is how companies feast off the back off consumers trying to get on their feet wonder how they would feel if this was done to them or their families….
I have been requesting paid up letters from Finchoice however they keep giving me the run around that there are still funds due. I have sent my most recent credit report where it states the accounts were paid up. I have used their escalation process but still not getting anywhere spending countless money on airtime to call them as they simply don’t understand you when you are speaking to their consultants.
I called through to customer service asking for a paid up letter got referred to send an email some customer email it bounced. When sending emails in general you just get genetic emails and nothing personal to what you ask however when the accounts not paid you very quick to put a mark against my name but I don’t owe anything on my account. Really bad customer service!
I received appalling service at KFC Sea point today. Waited an hour for our meal. When I received my order Andiswa or Andisiwe threw my slip away when I requested it she said she could not find it. Order was placed at 12.45 received order almost at 2 pm. There were a lot of other customers waiting over an hour for their meal. One lady asked for tomato sauce she flat out ignored the lady. I purchased a 8 piece family feast when I arrived at my destiny my wings was missing. I will not use KFC again and will advise my family and friends not to do so either.
I was contacted by this company to help me with my debt however never will I trust any more calls. They did everything to butter me up into signing with them still havent received any documentation from them and they deducted funds from my account. Mis informed me, lied and trying to get hold of them but no response. People be very careful no matter how good it sounds!
Absolutely disgusting service from Eskom. I have not had electricity for days now and all they say is someone is coming out. We are tax paying consumers and this is how our government fails us. Very angry and dissatisfied customer.
I am disgusted in the way African Bank treat their customers. I have sent them an email regarding my loan I have with them 6 days ago and still have not received any reply. I take it upon myself to contact them with the utmost horrible customer service that I have experienced. Adviser telling me we will get to you when we get to you how pathetic. From March 2020 when lock down started to July 2020 I was offered a payment break. At the time I could still cover my instalments so it was not needed. When I need a payment break now they tell me they cannot offer it to me. I have never once skipped a payment with them. My interest rate is 80% of the loan amount I am paying back which i have also asked for this to be looked into and was told that this is what i have signed up for. They should be making their customers aware of the T&C before accepting loans....I will never use them ever again and will not refer them to any friends and family
I purchased a Toni & Guy flat iron couple of years ago still under the 5 year warranty. I have taken good care of my iron. Recently it has been giving problems as the plates are not heating up or either just 1 of the plates heating up. Went to clicks in Goodwood Mall to seek advise and they said they cant do anything. I know I dont have the receipt but I can get my bankstatement to prove the purchase. If it was purchased on discount I would understand however I paid almost R900 for this flar iron...really dissapointed.
I am appalled by the quality of lingerie items. I purchased underwear for my daughter about a month or 2 ago and already it is de threading.
