On 20 August 2025, I placed a multibet on Betway (Betslip ID: 48428465 and 45157798). The two matches were: 1. Magesi FC vs Mamelodi Sundowns – Final score: 0–2. My selection: Draw/Mamelodi Sundowns & Over 0.5. This should be a win as Sundowns won 2–0, with more than 0.5 goals scored. 2. Orlando Pirates vs Stellenbosch FC – Final score: 1–0. My selection: Stellenbosch FC/Orlando Pirates FC & Over 0.5. This should be a win as Orlando Pirates won 1–0, with more than 0.5 goals scored. Despite both results matching my selections, Betway graded both as losses and returned R0.00. The wording of these markets (“Draw/Sundowns & Over 0.5” and “Stellenbosch/Pirates & Over 0.5”) is extremely misleading. Any reasonable bettor would interpret them as meaning either of the two teams mentioned, plus over 0.5 goals. If Betway intended this to mean something else (such as a halftime/fulltime combo), this was not clear at the time of placing the bet. 1. Provide a full written explanation of how these markets are settled. 2. Correctly settle my bets or refund me. If unresolved, I will escalate this complaint to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board and the National Gambling Board of South Africa.
Here’s a I am beyond frustrated with Telkom. I purchased 1.5GB of data today (insert the date), and within less than 2 hours, I was left with just 2.33MB — despite not streaming, downloading, or using any data-heavy apps. I didn’t watch anything, I didn’t even browse social media extensively, yet my data is gone. This is daylight *******. How is this acceptable? How can 1.5GB just vanish with zero activity? This is not the first time Telkom has pulled something like this, and I’m tired of the lack of accountability. I demand: A full breakdown of the data usage. Restoration of the missing data or a refund. Assurance that this won’t keep happening. Telkom, we deserve better service and transparency. If you can’t explain where the data went, you shouldn’t be selling it.
I cashed out my Payflex Wallet four days ago, and to this day, the funds have not reflected in my bank account. This delay is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. There has been no proper communication or update from Payflex to explain what’s going on. I was under the impression that wallet withdrawals were processed faster than this. I expected a seamless and efficient process, not to be left in the dark wondering where my money is. Please resolve this urgently and improve your payout turnaround times – this kind of service really breaks trust.
At this point I’m convinced that government employees don’t give a **** about the people they serve and the Bathu pele principles are just there for vibes. I’ve made my UIF application at the beginning of the year, I’ve been calling ever since and even went to their offices in Roodepoort, it’s October and I still have not received my uif. When we fill application forms we are told not to write the dates so that even if they don’t capture your information there’s no evidence as to when the application Form was received. I’m so heart broken because I’ve been unemployed and need this money, I’ve tried everything I’m exhausted. Who ever manages the Roodepoort labour department is *********** together with all the employees there.🚮
My son is being bul**** at this school by both teacher and some learners, he reported that the teacher hits them with a wooden stick on the head and shouts at them. He is literally scared and you can see that his confidences and self esteem has gone down, I cannot wait for the year to end so I can take him out of this school. He’s only 5years and in Grade R🥺😭 when I complained about it, the teacher told him not to share what happens at school at home. I’m even considering home schooling.
I had a seriously bad experience at this hotel attending a conference, black customers are treated poorly compared to white customers by waiters and management. It’s disgusting to witness and the experience the **************. I’m never going back.
In December I was ****med from a card I had blocked. When the machine swallowed my NPO business card, I immediately called the ***** department to blocked the card and did a new card. But for some strange reason the *****sters continued to used the blocked card to ***** money that belonged to vulnerable children and the bank continued to charge me for transactions I knew nothing about. These banks are not safe and I'm convinced that FNB ***** department employees work with these ********s to ***** money from poor people (allegedly). I was told the matter will be investigated and I will receive feedback within 4weeks, it's been 3months and FNB is quiet. I'm definitely changing banks.
I've had similar issue with the Legit Carlton center branch three times already. When I arrived home, I changed my mind about the shoe I had just purchased, so I returned it. I had originally meant to exchange it, but I was unable to find another pair I liked, so I asked for a refund instead. I was actually forced to either buy something else or obtain a gift card that I didn't want since the cashiers are instructed never to issue refunds, even though it is stated on the slip that customers are entitled to one. I wonder whether this is how all customers are handled or if it's just a problem with black consumers. Now im stuck with shoes i know i will not be wearing.
I have been waiting for Vuma technical team to come and install my wifi and it's been over 3weeks now ans I have not been contacted by them. I have tried sending them emails but they don't work, tried calling and couldn't go through, I'm frustrated and want my money back. The first team came and told me there are not sockets and that they've escalated the matter, to this day I have not been call for an update. Worse customer service! They call you only when they want you to make payment and they dissappear.
I am deeply heart broken by how census 2022 treated us as their field workers, I signed my contract on the 12th of February after waiting close to a month for the contract, the amount signed for was R7000 after tax deductions, I received R3445 and feel that I had been robbed. We worked everyday from 8am to 17:00 including weekends with no day off, and this is the amount they pay us? The level of corruption is appalling, I don't even know where to report this😢😢
