Negative star review! For the past 3 months they had information on my record incorrect, I logged a dispute, the staff are too *********** to understand the issue and do nothing about it, I raise the complaint to the manager who assures me it will get corrected in 20 days, they radio silence never hear from him again, I log the dispute again the month after aswell as contact the credit provider who confirms the everything on their side is correct with proof and correspondence with vccb, still no response, after email after email I get a response on December 20th telling me it will be corrected by the 31st, on the 7th of Jan I check and see it has not been corrected I send an email and the person asks me for a screenshot of the issue so that they can see what the problem is and log a dispute, so clearly they couldn’t careless and are just going about lying to customers, employing staff who don’t know what the hell they are doing all the while my credit record is being impacted
NO SUPPORT SYSTEM AT ALL. I was billed incorrectly in my first month signing up, I then sent a few emails, tickets were opened but never got a response. I tried calling each day and was on their hold system for 50mins each day, tried different departments and whatsapp function still never any assistance, I then received a suspension email about the invoice i am querying, Ive come to realize there is nobody working for this company and only automated emails, RIDICULOUS, I will be laying an official complaint with the ISP board.

They called asking for an urgent electrical call out and inspection for a COC certificate and repairs, they rushed and said its urgent, it was done within a day and quote & inspection report sent within 2 days, then ghosted, **** in one message and ignored the rest for months, avoiding the inspection fee ultimately *****ing, The person we dealt with was +++++ of ZERO FIRE</div>
Once again Another terrible experience with the JD group. My account went into arrears last month, I made payment a week ago to bring it up to date, yet the accounts department has not updated the account. They confirm receipt of the funds and of the proof of purchase, they see it reflecting on their system but still they have not updated it, nor do they want to give me a statement, which I have a right to. I've had three different tickets logged, all without a reference number, each one with no assistance since Monday. Every accounts department agent I call cant do anything but log a ticket and nobody sees to the ticket. They cancel deliveries and now they keep your money without updating your account, STAY AWAY
I have four enquiries for standard bank powercurve on my credit score negatively affecting it for months! I have no idea what that is, and have never done an enquiry with standard ban k or ever had an account with this, this is unacceptable and the agents are of no assistance
he worst service of all time, ordered an Item a week ago, says its out for delivery and stayed home that day to receive it only to get told the item was refused by client and its sent back to jhb, but I am the client and nobody showed up to my premises, now being given the run around between JDG branch cpt branch manager and skynet cpt branch manager both saying its either one but nothing can be done about my item, customer service is of no help what so ever and wont even get a manager to assist, I am now completely in the dark about my order and it seems like i just wont get it, why the jdg branch manager sent the item back to cape town is beyond me and she is of no assistance, ignoring calls etc Adelaide is her name. Disgusting service, I will cancel this account and make sure to spread the word far and wide!!

I wish I can give negative star rating. I got a sms from skynet about my package being delivered yesterday at 8am, I waited all day made sure I stayed home for it as its a birthday gift for someone tomorrow, It gets to 4pm I realize no package will get delivered this late and I call the branch, email and sms, I check the track order and it says customer refused delivery, WHEN NOBODY WAS AT MY PREMISES TO DELIVER., NOBODY SPOKE TO ME. I call this morning as they didnt answer yesterday and they tell me oh sorry the package is now in JHB and Im in cape town, there is nothing they can do. Seems to me like this is a trick late drivers are doing to avoid trouble so they just act like the customer refused, I will be cancelling my account with the service provider and its all because of SKYNET CAPE TOWN
All the nice reviews are paid for just look at the pattern in the reviews, this is a ****. Why if someone is looking for a loan do you charge them an admin fee of R1600 to get the loan? Clearly a **** and the agents are rude and unprofessional making fun of customers on the phone etc
Worst ISP ever. Stay away! Trust me just stay away. Nobody solves your issue they keep creating a new ticket every time you follow up so the next person has no idea what is going one and then they'll tell you there already a ticket and this one will be closed. They've sent me 2 faulty Routers putting my internet down for a month and still want me to pay I've tried to cancel THREE times and they've never responded to the emails or calls so that I can cancel the contract. WORST SERVICE EVER. Stay away people Wish I could give negative star ratings
