I recently ordered from Temu and, for the first time, my delivery was assigned to Speedaf Logistics instead of the usual Fastway. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I have been waiting an extended period for my parcels to arrive, and there have been days when my shipment simply sits with no movement whatsoever. The total lack of communication and updates from Speedaf has been incredibly frustrating. As a customer, I expect timely and reliable service, and this has fallen immensely short of those expectations. It's disappointing to see Temu opting for a courier service that clearly does not meet the standards set by other providers like Fastway. It feels like Temu is cutting corners to save on delivery costs, compromising the customer experience in the process. I urge Temu to reconsider their partnership with Speedaf Logistics. Please prioritize customer satisfaction over cost savings. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I am now hesitant to place future orders.
Worst courier company. Its the first time using them as Temu usually assigned my deliveries to Fastway. But you wait long for your parcels to arrive and someday the parcel just sits no movement whatsoever. This is unacceptable that Temu is trying to cheap there way out by using courier like this.
I have not been able to log in to my efiling system because of the two factor authentication and my number is incorrect on file, no one has helped in the slightest, cant even get through to their customer service. My account has been locked due due to the delay in the OTP requests to my email.
I had a terrible experience ordering from the Steers branch in Ottery. My food arrived over 2 hours after placing the order not even exaggerating mind you I stay 10 minutes away from the drive thru, which is completely unacceptable. To make things worse, the food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. The quality was far from what I expect from Steers. Honestly, this was a huge letdown – definitely not ordering from this branch again.
I’ve had nothing but issues with Wondernet. The internet constantly lags due to high latency, making it nearly impossible to stream, game, or even browse properly. I’ve contacted their support team multiple times, but they’ve done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Each time, I’m given the same generic response with no real help or follow-up. For a service that claims to offer fast and reliable internet, this has been beyond disappointing. I would not recommend Wondernet to anyone looking for stable connectivity or decent customer support.
I placed a grocery order on Mr D, expecting a timely delivery. Not only is my order over an hour late, but the store I ordered from is now closed, meaning I have no way of getting my groceries tonight. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication from Mr D. I reached out multiple times, and no one has bothered to contact me or provide any updates . This is absolutely unacceptable. Mr D took my money, failed to deliver my order, and is now ignoring me. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be pursuing legal action for failure to fulfill the service I paid for. Avoid this service at all costs unless you want to be left stranded without your order!
False advertising, they say they have certain products but cancel them and they allow you to choose the substitute but do not fulfill the substitute aswell.
Waited an hour for my food to be delivered for them to cancel my order. After accepting the delivery more than 6 drivers refused to pick up my order
Contacted customer service on June 13th explaining that 2 of my creditors Standard Bank and Finchoice are stating that they have not received payment and are threatening to terminate the payment agreement. Even though Debt Rescue was debiting my account every month. June 14th they rep**** stating that the matter has been escalated for assistance waited until Saturday, June 22nd messaged them for an update for the agent to respond back apologising for the delayed response asking if there is any additional assistance I require. So what was the point of responding back if the agent did have any information to provide back the only reason the agent responded was to respond but they had no information whatsoever.
Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Payments made for the past three months. Only to later get notified that payments were not received. They suspended my line. I later found out my line was upgraded without my consent which is why the they were stating that they never received payment. When contacting their customer service I’m explaining the issue to six agents as the agent disconnect the chat after responding to my first message. These agents lie stating that the line was upgraded because the 50mbp line was discontinued by Vumatel.
