TWO HOURS ON HOLD GET TO NUMBER 1 IN LINE AND CALL DROPPED. Try again REPEAT PERFORMANCE 2.5 hours on hold and dropped at number 1 How can any company perform so badly and they make sure there is no direct line or senior person to be able to contact
Trying to change details or even cancel the account is a complete nightmare which is far worse than we have had with this type of problem previously. Two sessions of over half an hour each and no progress!
I received a fine for R100 but Europcar charged me R405 for ADMIN and did NOT PAY THE FINE. The car I hired was disgusting and when I went to try and change nothing else was available. I hired the vehicle via DISCOVERY but will have to review who I hire from in the future. This feels like theft rather than service. Discovery should be aware of how this was handled and look carefully at their choice of partners
BP are running a promotion to give special model cars away for a set amount of fuel purchased. The service stations have been unable to supply the models for months now and BP are still advertising the promotion despite their in ability to supply. I expect better of an international company
Beautiful garden entrance beautiful inside decor and setting, excellent articulate helpful staff but the food??????? I asked for beef curry and first attempt was all potato no beef second attempt had a large amount of fat / gristle and little meat few sambals added to the dish not separate so really a poor presentation. Beef curry at Bidvest lounge in P E next day put the hotel to shame it was so good. Concern voiced by my family was that there is a serious attempt to do different combinations of veg / rice or potato which are not necessarily good together. Very sad as it is a beautiful spot but is in need of some careful checking.
One week of trying to track down where a delivery for us has gone and we are getting the run around. The camera in the guard house shows delivery of one parcel but the Aramex company insist two were delivered. Despite all our efforts and numerous calls and” we are looking into it” but never any negative or positive responses. Yuppie chef who sent the parcel have responded and been helpful but Aramex seem to be disinterested
After a month of fighting we finally got our two Kingsize mattresses but they are at a different level . When we purchased two mattresses after spending close to an hour with the company no one said they would be different thicknesses because they were manufactured to be for two individuals. We have waited a month for the supply of added material to bring the base up so that the mattresses are at the same level. How can sales people be so *********** to not know their product and management be so unconcerned about their name in the market place that they do nothing to rectify their error. NEVER NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED TO REPLACE YOUR MATTRESSES. They are *********** uncaring and beyond worrying about your satisfaction if there is a problem and with their lack of concern do not deserve to be in business.
We purchased 2 different extra long single mattresses recommended from the machine that was supposed to advise us of the best possible beds to suit my partner and myself .We purchased at the HOUSE and Garden show on the !st of July 2024 after being show what was supposed to be an innovative method of choosing a mattress to suit us individually. We paid and were promised delivery after the show finished. To date 8 days from the end of the show and now 7 phone calls later NO MATRESSES NO DELIVERY and serios concern that if they cannot even return phone calls will we ever get our very expensive mattresses. This raises serious concern about the ethics of the company.

I have spent 15 minutes, two telephone calls, spoke to 7 people , had one dropped call and left hanging once. I also emailed them a week ago with my queries and have had no reply. The service is deplorable and it seems the telephone answering staff do not know what they are doing and pass the buck to get out of dealing with a problem. This company is sadly lacking in service provision despite all the fancy emails etc they sen out. Take care dealing with them. lawson cairns
