Evening parking at Dainfern Square has long been problematic. Congestion is common and exiting the centre can take an unreasonable amount of time. The introduction of the new parking system has significantly worsened the situation. On one occasion, I sat for approximately thirty minutes trying to leave. There was no assistance and no communication. I eventually paid for parking purely to exit the centre. For safety reasons, I do not use my card or banking app at exit booms. I returned again recently, despite my concerns. Pay stations have now been installed around the centre, with no option to pay cash. This system is not functioning properly. I had to walk between multiple pay stations to find one that would accept my card. Other customers followed, experiencing the same problem. After paying R12 for less than an hour of parking, I was confronted by an aggressive car guard who demanded money when I exited the centre. Leaving the parking area was again chaotic. Traffic was backed up into the parking bays, making it impossible for some drivers to reverse out of their parking spaces. Eventually, staff opened the exit booms to relieve the congestion. The parking situation is poorly managed, unsafe, and inconsistent. I will no longer shop at Dainfern Square.

I placed an order late at night. By the next morning, I had an email waiting for me. There was a minor issue with my order. It was explained clearly and handled quickly. Communication was prompt, easy to understand and I was given options to resolve the issue. My refund was processed within thirty minutes. This is how online service should work. I will definitely order from 3D Spark again.
I have had repeated issues with Kelly Jaynes Cake Boutique at Dainfern Square. On two separate occasions, we went into the store and ordered a strawberry cheesecake. On collection, we were given a chocolate cheesecake instead. Staff insisted both times that this is what we ordered. This is not something we would have ordered, as nobody in our household eats chocolate cheesecake. After the second incident, I contacted the business via WhatsApp. I was apologised to and advised to place future orders directly via WhatsApp on that number to avoid further errors. On 6 December, I followed that instruction and placed an order via WhatsApp for my granddaughter’s birthday cake. She is visiting from overseas and celebrating her fourth birthday. We discussed the cake size and decoration. I received no request for an order form, no payment request, and no indication that a deposit was required. Based on the conversation, I reasonably believed the order was confirmed. This morning, eleven days later, I received a message stating that the business was fully booked. When I asked whether my cake order would still be made, I was told it would not be, as no order form had been sent and no 50 percent deposit had been paid. This requirement had never been communicated during the ordering process. My response explaining this was met only with “Apologies for the inconvenience caused.” The issue here is not capacity, but poor communication and a lack of clear ordering procedures. After multiple incorrect orders and a confirmed WhatsApp instruction that still resulted in a cancelled cake days before a child’s birthday, I cannot recommend this business.
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Allport Cargo Services as part of a TEMU order I placed on 22 December 2024. On 27 December, I was notified that my parcel had arrived in the country and cleared customs. By 28 December, it was handed over to Allport Cargo Services. I promptly paid the duty and VAT on 30 December (immediately after getting the notification from them), yet the payment didn’t reflect in their system. I emailed Kiesha Roberts at Allport Cargo Services on 31 December, attaching my proof of payment, but it wasn’t until 3 January that the tracking details finally reflected my payment. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, there is a complete lack of communication between Allport Cargo Services and Fastway Couriers, the company responsible for delivering my parcel. Fastway has been incredibly unhelpful, with their only response to my repeated inquiries being, "We are sorry for the delay, please keep on tracking for updates." It feels like both companies are passing the buck, leaving me stuck in the middle with no resolution. This is not an isolated issue. Both my mother and my aunt have experienced similar problems with Allport Cargo Services claiming not to have received their duty and VAT payments. This pattern of behaviour is highly suspicious and leads me to believe there may be internal ***** happening within the company. In contrast, TEMU has been excellent. When I reached out to them, they assured me that they would issue a full refund if my order does not arrive. However, as they rightly pointed out, the situation is now out of their control. Allport Cargo Services’ lack of communication, inefficiency, and failure to work effectively with Fastway Couriers, combined with their suspicious handling of payments, has turned a straightforward order into a nightmare. I’ve done everything required on my end, yet I am left without any updates or support. I cannot recommend their services and urge others to avoid using them.

Since then, nothing has progressed. I've contacted Fastway Couriers multiple times via WhatsApp on 4 January, 6 January, and again on 10 January, only to be given the same unhelpful response: "We are sorry for the delay, please keep on tracking for updates." In contrast, TEMU has been excellent. When I reached out to them, they assured me that they would issue a full refund if my order does not arrive. However, as they rightly pointed out, the situation is now out of their control. This lack of communication and accountability from both Fastway and All Cargo Services is completely unacceptable. I have paid for my order, followed all the necessary steps, and yet I have no idea where my parcel is or when I can expect it. The service from Fastway Couriers and ACS has been incredibly disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider using either company.
A simple order of five Whoppers and five fries turned into a frustrating ordeal. The staff were insistent that one burger was meant to have no garnish, though I never ordered it that way. After finally receiving our food and bringing it home, we discovered a burger was missing. When I returned to resolve the issue, the staff claimed I was mistaken. I waited while the manager and staff debated amongst themselves about the no garnish burger, something I had never requested. Eventually another staff member handed me a replacement burger, but by then the experience had been thoroughly ruined. The food was cold, and the meat lacked any flavour whatsoever. Save yourself the trouble, this place is simply not worth it.
I initially ordered just one item (a jersey) to test the waters. The quality of the product was excellent, the service was great, and the delivery was ahead of schedule. I then placed a bigger order. Once again, I was happy with all aspects of the experience. Unlike other websites that use regular post, SHEIN sends items via Buffalo Logistics. Both orders arrived two weeks before the estimated date. The tracking on the SHEIN website was spot on. And communication from Buffalo was great. As with any online shopping I always recommend reading reviews for each item and checking sizing carefully. I always have my measurements on hand to make sure that I order the correct size.
This has been my second experience with Buffalo Logistics. Both times the communication (by sms and WhatsApp) was excellent and delivery was earlier than expected. The customs process was painless. It was very easy to pay on their website and I received receipt and acknowledgement of payment almost immediately. Delivery was fast thereafter. To say I am happy is an understatement!
My experience was great. Their website is easy to navigate and use. Delivery was ahead of schedule. And I was very happy with the product (Birkenstocks). My only criticism is that I would prefer more communication from them in the form of email and/or sms updates. At one point I was a little worried that I had not received any receipt of order or shipping update. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
