Poor service, no longer taking clients complaints seriously, they do not deliver and refuse to refund clients They act as if they care while they are not I kept sending emails none of them ever called me while I paid for my order since November
After I wrote my complaint here and a gentleman by name Phakamisa Manyathi did a very great job and made sure that he takes my ticket into his hands. He delivered my new order within 3 days. I am very impressed with how he did it, his communication skills are excellent. He made sure that he keeps me updated in each and every 3 hours. I so wish all of your staff members would do exactly the same as what Phakamisa was doing Thank you so much I am very happy, I will definitely come back for a purchase
This company have a horrible customer service. I ordered at 1st they never delivered one of the items and I did follow up on my own and they never called me I was the one calling only to find out they refunded instead of delivering. Again now same year just 2 months apart, they delivered wrong items and i kept calling them for feedback, they never bothered to call me, I told them I don't want a refund I want the correct items to be delivered. They said they will refund where's I never wanted the refund. @Leroy Merlin you are not considerate of how in convincing you are to your clients, you don't care about the delays and you don't know why customers ordered from you instead you force them with refunds
MTN why are you ****ming us. I took two years contract that was ending in October 2024. Today you deducted my money again for the why? Why are you ****ming me. Please bring my money back
I have been calling you guys for the claim this is my fourth week now. You telling me my phone had 2 IMEI Numbers where's it had 1. I need a phone I have paid the money you said I am owing 2 weeks back and you are busy deducting my account yet you refusing to give me a new phone.....

How do I get help with this insurance? I have been calling these people for over 2 weeks now and I am not receiving the phone that I claimed for. Finrite please correct the poor service you are giving to people. my life is stuck while I was paying an insurance.
Yhuuuuuuu these people are something else. I have been paying my insurance cover for more than 3 years full without even a single claim. But unfortunately it happened that i lost my phone and now I have been calling them and they just drop my calls. They deserve a rating of a 0
