It's been a while since I have received good quality and good service from Steers. Thank you! The food is delicious, and please never EVER get rid of your strawberry milkshakes. To date it's still the best I've had.
I just ordered their Crumbed Chicken burger... and I almost cried. It's amazing! It's juicy, tender... full of flavor! and it's cheap too! Honestly, where have you guys been all my life? YUM! Just... YUM
These people are really testing my patience. How many times do I have to tell you the person you are looking for DOES NOT WORK AT OUR COMPANY??? How many times do I have to ask you to STOP CALLING?? HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO ASK YOU TO MAKE A NOTE, the person does not work here. STOP CALLING!! what kind of useless communication do you consultants have with each other? I HAVE BEEN NICE, I HAVE BEEN FIRM AND I HAVE BEEN FED UP. GET YOUR **** TOGETHER!!!!!! apologies to the readers for cursing.
I'm not one for hospitals, they are usually cold and creepy... But I was rushed to the ER earlier in April, and they took me to Peglerae Hospital Rustenburg! And I was so pleasantly surprised!! There were three staff members who attended to me when I came in. The doctor came to see me three times! They were so friendly and welcoming! I had to go for XRAYS... and it was immediately attended to. They took me with a wheelchair... I only dislocated my SHOULDER... and the lady that took me was so kind. And then there is the Radiologist... and absolutely wonderful person, she is so kind and warm and friendly. I wish I knew their names so I could personally thank them. Thank you so much! I'm almost excited to go back to the ER!
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFOR REAL THOUGH... WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE SO TRAGICALLY SLOW?? My package has been in my town since Friday at 06AM!!! SIX AM!!! WHEN I CALLED THEY TOLD ME I WILL RECEIVE IT TUESDAY.... WHY?? WHYYYY??? PUBLIC HOLIDAY WAS NOT ON FRIDAY... WHAT NONSENSE! NOT TO MENTION THEIR ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS SECURITY GUARD AT RUSTENBURG DEPOT. WHOMEVER WAS WORKING AS SECURITY SATURDAY MORNING... HE IS GIVING THIS COURIER SERVICE A BAD NAME. THE LEAST HE COULD DO WAS TREAT ME LIKE A HUMAN BEING BY TELLING ME I'M NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE. INSTEAD HE TREATED ME LIKE A STRAY ANIMAL!! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. GET YOUR EMPLOYEES AND TIME FRAMES UNDER CONTROL!!! JEEZ.
I was about to cancel my premium due to affordability,, but the consultant suggested a better option which would not only save me money but will benefit me in the end, I am still their client and I am very happy. Not only were they helpful, they were friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much
We as a company rely on our couriers to be fast, communicative and in-the-know about what is happening in their branch. This was not the case. We have been trying to open an account since December 2021. There was indicated that someone would collect the account documents from our offices... I had to contact them multiple times to remind them. The only reason provided was that the branch is quite "busy". Well,, so are we and I still have time to pick up the phone and contact my clients to inform them of some rather bad news. Due to the lack of communication... we had to deliver the documents ourselves. It was delivered on Monday... THURSDAY after not receiving ANY feedback... I contacted the branch and it was indicated that some documents are still required... FIRST of all .... why was I not contacted the moment this was noticed by them? SECONDLY... We were not made aware that the said document had to be returned as the rates are available on the document and we were under the impression that it was our copy. Anyway, we will be contacting alternative courier services... we apologize for wasting time on trying to work with The Courier Guy,
MTN - Waterfall mall. WHAT is up with the customer service?? The consultants are extremely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and will try ANY excuse available NOT to help you. A simple sim swap... and even then it's too much to ask for some assistance to insert the sim card? A PAYING CUSTOMER, has to sit there and be treated like scum! So unethical and just plain inhumane. So unwelcoming... From start to end. The consultant's last words (after THROWING THE PHONE ON THE COUNTER!!!) were "I'm done with you" ,, after taking her sweet time and chatting with her buddies before considering to proceed with her daily work... what should have taken 5 minutes, took almost an HOUR! This needs to be fixed. Fret not, I have the name of the consultant and will not hesitate to proceed with further public notice warning the MTN users of Rustenburg NOT to go to the stores in Waterfall Mall unless you want to feel like the greatest burden on earth.
I reside in Rustenburg. there is a Caltex next to Mega Cafe in Kremetart street... the condition of the garage is just unbelievable, everything is falling apart. The toilets are an absolute disgrace! No human being should be put through that condition. As an emergency services provider (for petrol, essentials and lavatories) you should consider keeping the building up to standard. It is unpleasant and I know for a fact I will not be going back because... Ew. That's how you lose customers. Which is a bad thing. Please do something.
This happened THREE TIMES!!! We ordered pizza the other night, and the progress bar kept showing the meal is being prepared,,, almost more than an hour later it indicated that the delivery could not be made. We tried again and it did the same. THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER AFTER ALREADY TAKING OUR MONEY. Today it happened again when we ordered Mac Donald's... I had to drive there myself to collect the food because it was indicated that the delivery could not be made. This is ridiculous. HOW can the delivery just fail? and then there is no real explanation provided. This needs to be taken care of. This is not how a country-wide service should be run. Also maybe consider CONFIRMING AND KNOWING 100% THAT MY ORDER WILL REACH ME BEFORE YOU TAKE MY MONEY!
