My refund was finally paid out to me,as per consumer act.
I purchase a software package, 27 January. I requested a refund 28 January, my refund request was only submitted on the 29 January. I am furious because i must wait 14says. They quick to take your money and do a sale, but when it comes to refunding a customer,their service is terrible ! I have not even used the SAGE SOFTWARE i purchased. They cant even request a manager to process my refund faster, i mean very poor customer service. I have spoken to 4 different agents as well. They are no help, ingrid and simpiwe. I would like a manager at SAGE to process my refund immediately back into my account. It is called cuztomer service, acording to the popi act.
Purchased item from takealot app,received item,entrusting they sent correct item...they sent wrong item not matching on purhase on their app. We logged a complaint / refund,this was March this year. I did a follow up now,July, regarding our query..spoken to 5 different agents...this is unacceptable. Atmost morst customer service ever. It takes this long for a refund,they requested now to bring our item back and come pickup from us again to log a refund request,Absurd!What about the consumer act??? Our purchase was sent back within their 7days policy. Takealot...THE NAME SAYS IT ALL...THEY...TAKE...A..LOT
Who can assist with buying a vehicle,if my husband listed under debt review...because of the company ****ming my husband on fb,now we have no say.....and the debt review centre in port elizabeth (Gqeberha) is getting away with ruining our lives. Its just unfair...i have all the evidence,we trusted debt review centre in PE,and overindebted now because of their neglegence. I have all the evidence. We share one car,how must we get somewhere in life,if i dont have transport....its very difficult. I do freelancing,but i would like to do more. Its serious and others who know the right people get things done,we who always paid debt,covid cut my husband salary....etc. How and what now? I contacted NCR,EXPERIAN....they just as time consuming. Any advise?
Pick n pay asap app. Very poor service After how many times trying to order from the asap app,my order failed ..i requested a refund. Im still waiting for my refund to reflect in my bank account. It was my first time ordering online,for groceries...it was an case of i felt ill and all...and had to go to Spar to get a few things. Very bad experience,must phone pick n pay to get immediate feedback...just never using the pick n pay ASAP APP ever again. I have seen this has happened so many times to others as well. To give good customer service,sign off a refund to reflect in customers accounts immediately... To keep the customer...welcome to South Africa.
I purchased on the ASAP APP,money was deducted off my bank account,12:56pm. After 4pm i received no order,was told by support of the ASAP APP,they pick up that my order waa cancelled but its okay i can order again my money is in ny ASAP WALLET. i tried to place my order again...did not work. I logged my refund,now i must wait 5-10days to get my money back in my account. I need that money,i ordered for 1st time via ASAP APP,what a horrible experience... i will never order on the ASAP APP again !! I did a online order because i was ill,felt not well...so it was a emergency order....and it was not like i shop online all the time because i dont feel like going to the store....i was weak felt ill.... so what if this happens to a seriously ill person? How can this be OK?? I went to the store,because i needed to eat a chocolate to just feel better....do people understand??? Its unacceptable. What if a old person had no food,no transport to go to the grocery store,too old to move around or too sore ..then that persons cannot eat...and musy go hungry....because off tech issues of a online grocery app ... is that OK??
Look at pictures,i was dispenced incorrect medication,the fact that a pharmacist who must know better does this...maybe to more people,because they trust pharmacist. It can cost someones life. Label is correct,but box or medication,is not. This is serious...luckily its only a contraseptive...i asked my GP ,and its totally not a contraseptive or generic of my usual meds/ contraseptive. This is a serious matter,how does Anathi work as a pharmacist??? What if i got ill because he dispenced me with wrong medication???? I trust him,why will he give me wrong medication? Oh my word...
I was under debt review 2015 late 2016 with them How am i still listed under debt review on my clearscore? I was told to get cancellation letter from NCR but was asked to contact DC payment solutions. I do not get any answer or any contact with this company. Its very fustrating to still be listed after 7years,i was ill,had part time work. All my debt has prescribed,how is this still legal???
I had a job from 2013 to 2016,i was under 'debt review....then became ill and unemployed. I cancelled debt review....i have spoken to so many assistants at clearscore and experian....i am still listed as 'under debt review' It is now 2023.....my account all closed...how legal is this?i have thyroid 'chronic illness' I am married now,it is preventing my husband to buy a house....what can i do?
I had money be paid into my account,for emergency. I now have no money in my fnb account,i spoke t ***** consultant....as per consultant its a system issue. More like some agent stole money from my account and they say system is faulty and has not updated yet. Just suddenly......a set system cant do anything without instructions. Now i have no funds to buy my son bread for school,or enough petrol for rest of the week due to fnb incompitance.
