Privacy infringement by nurse.
My wife went to draw bloods on instruction from Doctor for her usual checkup. The sister at AMPATH Springs asked her what are the bloods for? And probing personal questions unrelated to the drawing itself! This has never happened yet the receptionist and sister say its standard procedure.

SACPCMP Bad Stakeholder and Member Relations
Pathetic stakeholder management- yet this ought to be the council governing Project Managers. They are failing at managing communications. They are not helping the stigma already associated with Government entities. I app**** for a PrCPM designation - i got rejected. I have no issue with the rejection however my problem was the council not communicating the areas of concern. Basically 4 generic vague points about not demonstrating knowledge of being a PA or knowledge of running a project from stage 1 to 6. For the high fees we pay annually and for consideration ontop of that we deserve more than for sentences. To makes matters worse- you HAVE to pay for an appeal.

My experience is below satisfactory
My experience is below satisfactory. The 2 stars is for ZIDO assisting with Finance other than that there was no peace of mind. I was assisted by Vanessa and this occured: 1. She lacked communication skills- i had to do the following up on more than a single occasion. 2. The vehicle was not prepared once the deal was finalised. 3. The vehicle had repairs yet they stated work had been done. 4. The key was not functional 5. One of the headlights was not working. 6. When checking in of vehicle was arranged- proper details were not given eg who can drop off and pick up loan vehicle. 7. As a result repairs have been delayed, after a lenghthy wait. 8. Staff was rude to my wife.

Very inconsiderate.Gives updates only when prompted. Professionalism is very lacking. This seems like my last interaction. I am about to pay off my car Will definitely NOT consider nor recommend!

Poor service and no delivery of goods!
Pathetic service and equally rude customer service employees! I ordered a bed and Wednesday 29/07 and prior to paying I enquired about delivery and stock availability- I was assured by the "Manager " named Marshall I shall have my delivery on Friday, I even arranged time after sending proof of payment. Come Friday (today 31/07) my wife and I have moved to a new place and have no bed to sleep in. We were pushed from one employee to the other explaining the same story over 3 times and they ended up not assisting us. Do not make the mistake of purchasing from this company this may very well be a scam!

Superb Service
A 10/10 for the excellent service from Charlene Viljoen (Finance Specialist), she took me through the entire process of obtaining a fantastic deal for my homeloan. Bravo for always keeping me up to date and in the loop, i really felt valued by OOBA. Every aspect was explained and i was given comprehensive information- which tells me she knew her story and is passionate about what she does. Unauthorised Insurance Billing
I recently joined TELKOM and for the first month took device insurance. I was never informed insurance service is provided by another party(finrite) almost a month in- i never recieved any policy documents. i then opted to cancel in August but i up until today im still being billed even after numerous escalations. Dilen & Andile (finrite) & Nomazulu Mpo****elkom Team leader). empty promises and theres recordings, so they say. absolutely pathetic customer service. Call centre never has anyone senior to assist on Fridays through weekends!
