So no Internet connection Yellowwood Park, Durban, South Africa. Been calling every day got told they are working on it. Now it's been 3 days no service and I am paying for the service I am not receiving. Is the top management aware of the problem if so many they need to employ môre staff to resolve this issue. Good morning to all local and International hope you are well. So we start our lovely day here on the east coast dark. Like the future in the country. Power went out last night round about 20:00 and still nothing this morning. So good topic to talk about East coast radio. The have a app on the the phone that is good but does not work. Reported the problem but never got a reference number. So like a said the future is dark. Went to this amazing little town the other day in the USA Wisner the people are friendly and always helping where they can. The power went out reported it in 15min there was a supervisor that came to check 10 min later 2 guys one on the top and one operator. So they lift a transformer up the first time fits it. Checks still no power and drops it down. Then changes fuses and there we go power on. Supervisor takes a walk over to me and asked me please check if the power is restored. Walked inside and there was light. So getting back to my story in 45 min my problem was sorted. But because we are not living in America there is only dark days ahead.

That is a good question as there are so many options and false people out there so Vodacom is the best we asked them to assist as we relocated to a new address and was told the previous people that lived here use Vodacom. So we went with them again. Had a technician come install a new fiber box and a new fiber line. Vodacom sent us a router Vodacom S90 ultra S/N: S90U866661070040029 that they not going to use as the technician came with a Vodacom S 3 router S/N: E2502DSXZ02963 that he said he uses so. Now 5 days later cellphone airtime and data more than R1200 and still they tell us the will escalated the problem is there anyone capable at Vodacom that knows how to do this job rite or do we need to employ more people so the problem can be escalated to the moon. Would like to find out my policy with old mutal was never paid out after 5 years and nothing after 10 years no feedback given. Took up a policy with you in 2010 now to date received no payment what so ever please advise how we could settle up matter.

Well bought a bottle of ViV sport drink Pineberry flavoured drink took a sip and chocked. Open the bottle and was shocked smelled like acetone and inside there is little foreign object floating around in the bottle. A dispute was logged on behalf of my wife. To update here credit report and reset her password all documents was supp**** i called for feedback i was advised must wait 20 days. Clear score shows update done no feedback has been received . Kindly assist
