Most ****** company I know
I got employed with this company for 3 weeks then got fired for not mentioning that I was once trained with Ubuntu life... The company is so ****** well the owner of African unity and Ubuntu life are friends. And I once took Ubuntu life to the ccma for them being ****** and bayast and very abusive... Calling us Kafers and ******s and all... So the Ubuntu life owner told the company that I was now working for to fire me as I once took them to ccma and actually won the case against the company.. I did not put Ubuntu life on my cv because I did not even work there I trained for 2 weeks with Ubuntu life so no experience gained from there and how can thy make reference check with the company that hardly knows me for only 2 weeks😏and just like that I was told to pack my stuff and was suspended without pay just like that today I'm back at home dismissed from African unity...top management is very ****** and rude at African unity... And thy make u work like a dog even whn u r at home and refuse to pay for overtime. What hurts most is that when I won the ccma case against Ubuntu life they told me that I will never work In the insurance world ever again and I guess they were right😒just for exposing them my life got ruined.

Kgomotso Customer service Consultant at Mc donalds
I got a very bad service from Mc donalds Westgate mall. We bought spicy foldovers and spicy mcfeast meals and got plain ones whn we complained thy were so rude and told us they gave us the none spicy coz thy dont have the spicy ones😏but we paid the price of the spicy stuff via their machine...long story short i complained on theur Customer service portal...I was assisted by Kgomotso that guy is committed to his Job. I love how he handled everything and how he made me feel as a customers...Westgate mcdonalds remains ****py to me but because of the service i got from Kgomotso im really happy and feel valued...hope i have the correct name but i think he said he is Kgokotso from customer service who assisted me Mandy Kgokong...Thank you Sir you the Best at what you do🙌

Terminated from work via Whtsapp text
I was hired as a claims administrator for Ubuntu life (eapfs)in roodeport started on the 18th June. I was still in training but i got a second written warning during my 3rd week with the copany for poor work perfomance mind you im still training no verbal warning no 1st warning just straight to 2nd written warning. I was the only person then doing claims and they saying i shud have focused on their KYC side as well. I got sick at work on a friday morning i told them im gonna go to the dr immediately coz i was vomiting and feeling light headed. Just after i walked out of the office i was removed from the office group. On the next monday i reported that i have to fetch my results from the hospital. And ill be late at work...just after i sent that email i got a whatsapp msg from the Big boss firing me via Whtsapp telling me not to ever come back to his company. Till today i dont know why i got fired.

Mugg and bean
Had a terrible experiance at Mugg and bean Mall pf the south...it was My Mothers birthday and decided to eat there have fam outing me and my famile we spent more tha r1k there and the food was cold and very bad meat was like it stayed on the freezer for too long it was very bad...i complained about it and thy promised to contact me its been more than 2 weeks waiting for their call...WoW wht a waist especially on such an important day...i hate mugg and bean.

Almost died stuff refusing to assist
Good day I am Mandisa Kgokong and got the worst experience of my life with Dr SK MATSEKE. So on the 1st November I went to hospital and I was very weak after passing out at home...I was dizzy and getting hospital was a hustle.it didn't cross my mind that I should have called an ambulance. When I got to the hospital in Soweto I went to the reception the lady that assisted me told me tht your case is not an emergency even after I told her I fainted last night and in the morning of the same day.Told her I was weak she cud see that I was not well at all. She told me that I had to pay r425 before admission and I told her I'm using medical aid.Then she said with key care you have to pay that amount before she could open a file for me. I told her I can pay later that dah whn my fiance comes to take me back home.At that point I had a very blurry version.She insisted on the payment.I went out trying to make calls...just whn I got out the door I immediately fainted and hit my head on the floor.thats whn thy started assisting me😢💔Anything cud have happened because of their negligence. I'm so disappointed with the treatment at that hospital and I am taking matters further.Legal action and hello Peter just to make ppl aware of the streatment in that hospital. Just thought I should share it with you guys.My experience with SK Materia Memorial

Bad customer service
I bought a family meal with them and their burgers tasted horrible.It was like they have been in the freezer for a very long time.I complained about it and they offered me another meal to replace that other 1.The guy I spoke to on the phone I think his name is Charity was very sorry and humble.When I went there to collect my compensation order Charity was not available but found some lady who offered to assist a cleaning lady went to the kitchen as thy were expecting me.She came back told me thy r busy with the order.I could hear from the background a lady named Thuli I think Maponya branch complaining.when i collected the order she was busy passing remarks i nearly left tht meal there when thy had to replace coldrink she shouted from the other side and I quote"she wont get any coldrink as the coldrink didn't taste bad like the burgers😏I felt really small and dont think I'll ever go to the maponya Burger King anymore.It was like I was being bullied for raising my concern

SCAMMERS
After they presented to us we decided to join with them.Then and of august they took the money but unfortunately I lost my job and told them to cancel everything even in writing via email and also calls.But funny enough they still deducting monthly premiums of r567 monthly😭I complained and they replied via email and promised to refund my money even said I should send my statement I sent everything to them but still they never refunded instead now they are ignoring no longer replying to my emails.THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS BE CAREFUL THEY make you sign a debi check so the bank cannot stop your debit order once u can give them your banking it's over they will deduct for LIFE.

OUTSURANCE DISMISSED ME FOR BEING TERMINALLY ILL WHILE I WAS IN ICU
Outsurance held my hearing while I was fighting for my Life in hospital.The Dismissed me for being absent while I was on my Death bed.Yet they claim to be HUMAN on one of their VALUES.
