Slowest courier services ever. I would never use them. Numerous times that I am waiting for a delivery my package is delayed. My packages are always late!
Alpha Breeders SA is a ****!! If you want to buy a dog do it locally so that you can see the actual animal!
I bought vellies in July 2021 and only received them on the 10th of September, with numerous messages to them asking when the product will arrive. A lot of excuses were made. Nevertheless, when the shoes arrived they were to small. So they agreed to take the shoes and exchange for a handbag. Today is the 3rd of February, I still have not received my handbag and they refuse to give me a refund.
My husband bought a pump on the 18th of January. When he got home and started to connect it he soon realised that it was a one phase pump and not a three phase pump. The one phase pump burned out. On the 19th of January he phoned Wikkies for a refund as he supplied the incorrect pump, causing my husband to buy a new pump and get an electrician to install it. Wikkie refused to give a refund and sweared at my husband. Incompetent services and disappointing people skills. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Ordered an airfryer on the 28th of October. Still have not received it. No contact details on thr website. Just email address. NO CORRESPONDENCE WHAT SO EVER!!
Their Fraudulent departement is useless. Been phoning every second day and the same is said, they are escalating my case someone will phone me beck. This is since 15 December. Still no one has phoned me. Useless man.
Have been waiting for my parcel since 14 December. Everyday I get an email saying my parcel will be delivered today then in the evening when I track my parcel it is sent back to the depot. Useless courier service, useless customer service. All answer that I get is that I must wait. What BS is that???
What a bad experience overall. Firstly, you need to hold on for half an hour before your call is answered. I booked a flight for 8:45, that time, because that is the time that suits me. If I have not gone online to check in. I would never have seen that they have changed the flight time. They changed it to 7:00, if I knew this would happen, I would havr booked the flight at Safair that would be R400 cheaper. Not only did they change the flight, but when I tried to do the online check in, I had to buy seats again!!!! What a load of s**t...
Poor, poor, useless service. Sorry MOST useless service provider ever. If I could cancel my contract today. I would. We have been struggling EVERY MONTH since 2020, telling us some lame excuses about a new system and old systems. Cutting our phones completely off. Two months ago I was R200 in credit. Now end of Jan I apparently owe R9k. The funny thing is. I pay my account every month. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON AT MTN NOY EVEN THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE. When you phone to try ans sort it out, you don't even through to someone.
