Why should my 70 year old Mother wait 2 hours to get her pension. It's ridiculous with only 1 cashier giving out money, after someone complained then the manager fetched more cashiers. Is it not important to serve the old people and give them the service they deserve. I'm disgusted!!!
Placed an order at 17:00pm, by 18:00pm my app said the food was delivered. Frustrated customer it's 18:47pm and still nothing. I called the kfc branch and they told me my order was picked up. Only God knows where this delivery guy is. What a disappointment I want a refund immediately.
An hour and a half later no-one answering the phone. In a desperate call to log a claim or speak to a consultant as all my plugs in my home has switched off. Still did not speak to anyone and now awaiting an electrician that I probably have to pay out of my pocket. What is the point of home insurance then.
Last night with loadshedding my husband and I went to purchase pizza for supper at Dominoes in Claremont. Got home opened the box and both Pizzas were burnt. So frustrating my husband contacted customer care they told him a manager will contact him. To this hour no-one contacted him.
My sister bought a washing machine on the 3rd of January, on the 5th of January when she used it the spinner did not work. The next day she went back to the shop to ask for a refund as she was within the 5 day return policy. The store manager Lance Henry told her they did not have enough cash R2 350 to do the refund. They will contact her when they have enough. By the 8th January they contacted her to say they have the money and will come and collect the washing machine. The 9th of January arrived and still no refund, she went back into Lewis stores and they told her they don't have the money. This is total hogwash and I then took her to the Lewis shop Friday 10th January and demanded they give her refund immediately. After so many excuses and no customer ettique and 2 hours later they returned her cash. The bad service we received at Grassy Park Lewis Stores is completely terrible and I'm utterly disgusted.
Ordered Mexican Fiesta; Creamy Chicken and other things. Was told Creamy Chicken is for collection only. I then told the guy at the call centre I can understand if I only ordered the Creamy Chicken, I would collect. Does he expect me to receive the delivery and then afterwards get into my car and go and collect the Creamy Chicken Pizza. He told me his only doing his job but clearly he cannot use his initiative. I then get the order an hour later, but NO Creamy Chicken. What the Hell!!!!!!!! Now my son has to wait for his Supper.... What **** service....I'm so frustrated and extremely disappointed.
It was pathetic, by far the most unorganized event. What was advertised is nothing compared to what we experienced. Long queues, no control of crowds going in or out. Myself, husband and 3 and a half year old son had to wait for almost an hour just to go in to see the lights. Disgusting to say in the least. Not to mention ripping people off with ridiculous prices.E.g. R30 for Candy Floss, where I get it for R10 at a shop. What the heck, the organiser of the event should be where he is. Because clearly he cannot do his job
