I cant rate the Service because Centurion central and Wierdapark dont know how a phone works... After 20 minutes on hold, the phone just cuts and after the 5th time phoning i was unable to reach ANYONE
Every sales person is walking around with his face buried in his cell phone screen and drives around on those stupid scooters. How about assisting people that would like to purchase a car? Put your cell phone away and help potential clients
I was looking at purchasing a vehicle from Weelee but after walking around the showroom for 45minutes and not a single person to assist, i decided to purchase elsewhere, even after logging a complaint on the website, they cant even contact you back. The customer service is horrible.
I am only giving one star because you cannot give ZERO After cancelling a subscription they are still *****ing money from my account every month, No answer to emails or phone calls. STAY AWAY
Made payment in a branch more than a month ago. Absolutely useless Spend more than an hour on the phone and still no internet.
They offer R500 if they cant beet your pricing. Then when they cant, they ask you for all your current insurrers documents and then.... NOTHING. No response on email, no-one gets back to you
I purchased a Brand new VW T-Cross from VW in Centurion (Pretoria) in July 2022, about a month later, My wife noticed that the front tweeters were distorting and we took the car back to VW, we were then informed that they could not find the issue. another month went past and the problem persisted, We took the vehicle back again and i played the music from my phone (not at full volume) and the technician heard the cracking of the tweeters, That afternoon we were informed that the problem was not resolved. I took the car back again about a month ago and took my wife with, we asked the services manager to come with us to the vehicle to hear the noise that a brand new VW makes when you play music. He heard it and confirmed that the tweeters were making a noise, now i get a call from VW Centurion stating that its a characteristic of the vehicle. "We are unable to escalate the "fault" because it is not a fault but the characteristics/DNA of the vehicle" Do you mean to tell me that VW intentionally puts in sub par quality speakers? This is a brand new vehicle and all i want is the quality that VW promises.
3 weeks since we had to drive family from Heidelberg to Pretoria to get a proper scan done and no feedback from the so called "Caring Doctor" Dont waste your time or risk a child's life by going to this doctor.
I purchased an android box for my daughter, took it back the next day with the Standard bank receipt (date and time stamped) and was told that I cannot return the item. this is because the manager of Centurion branch, Michael, does not know how to re-print a receipt, Horrible service, No wonder the entire company is heading down the drain. Mr Peter Griffiths, you need to look at training your staff in customer service... Pathetic
