The staff at 131 Gordon road are making the best ever latte so far.
The company is poorly managed from the top. An item was advertised on the pamphlet with a certain amount. On arrival to the Johannesburg CBD branch, I was informed that the price was incorrect and the Head office made a printing error. No one is being held liable for this error as it is transferred to the Head office. I raised my frustration through a call and email regarding the item in query without success. I am really not happy about how they handled the situation. I really need the item was of the impression that they will compensate as per the advert. I believe as this is the second incident with the brand Game should be closed, it is as good as not being available. It must just shut down.
The food cooked at the store is delicious always. They balance the spices and salts in the meat. I have bought from different stores but they take the price. The Lip meat and cow tripe/intestines are the best.
The new bran ****in of the company is not worth buying. Me and family bought on the 6th august 2022 and it did not taste anything like a bran product. (according to one of the store assistant at MacDonald's sunward park lifestyle center where the product was bought i quote "the product is new and was changed from the original product")
The bank's Stokvel account is no longer user friendly. They are now requesting/forcing that signatories should have an app to approve transections. This forcefully requires that members (signatories) should open an account with the bank. One of the biggest issue is that the individual account of signatories should be active (either by deposits of money or so). This is pushing our Stokvel to look for another user friendly bank to accommodate the needs of savers. Their request is uncalled for, i still am failing to understand why the management took such a decision.
The company has not resolved the issue of couches that are faulty. They are unreliable and do not have a customer care.
I bought dining table chairs and couches in January 2020. On the 11th February 2020 i reported a 1 seater couch that was delivered broken although i let it loose by not requesting for refund. It took the company months to repair the couch not considering the lockdown regulations. In October 2020 i logged another call regarding the couches cushions that are capsizing, i have not received assistance to date nor has someone come to assess the problem. The sub-contractor they are using is useless to state, they have been making arrangements without honoring them. Home corp has failed me. The frustration of using a product one is not happy with is killing me now.
Anathi assisted me with care and was joyful. Explained the new changes of the policy and im very happy, my weekend was brightened.
I bought a fridge 4 months ago and it started making an unpleasent disturbing noise. I logged a call with Hifi corporation at Easgtate brach where i bought the fridge. The Technician came to site three differnt times and could not resolve the problem or fault. I called Hifi corporation and defy on the 13th JAnuary 2020. I am being taken to and fro. I really need the fridge to be replaced however im not getting the assistance and satisfaction i am looking for.
