Fastway is the worst- We don't usually use fastway as there is always a problem. We sent out a package with fastway via bobgo - with automatic liability of R1000 cover. The client reached out 14 days after placing her order stating she did not receive it. When we checked, the package shows delivered however there is no POD. Fastway is claiming they cannot trace the package nor find the POD for it, however they will not accept a claim as it the claim wasn't submitted 48 hours after delivery. How was the client supposed to notify us of a delivery issue if she did not receive the package to begin with? She did not receive any communication that the package was "delivered", in order to notify that it was not delivered to her. I do not know how fastway is still in business as the level of service is pathetic.
All the reviews here made me very nervous after I placed an order online. However I received delivery of my online purchase within 2 days. Great service. Bought the blackview tab 90 and it's a great purchase.
Absolutely disappointed at this brand, as they have intentionally omitted the fact that the soft gel capsules contain bovine gelatine. There is no mention on any of the soft gel products that state BOVINE as a listed ingredient. This is ********* and makes the entire brand *************.
This is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. Zero communication. Firstly it's difficult to know who to contact as they send you from pillar to post. Once you do make contact, be prepared to send endless follow up emails, as no one in this company will get back to you about anything unless you continuously ask for even an acknowledgement. Secondly, they tried to offer me such a miniscule amount, trying to make me pay 60% of the claim !! They added in some additional excess that was not on my policy. I feel sorry for anyone who didn't go back and check their policy or fight for what they should be getting. I was also given some excuse where the blame was shifted onto me, when the fault was actually theirs and they were using it to pay less. It's only when I refused to sign the offer and demanded they review the entire situation, that I was paid out what I should have been in the first place. To ADD: My insurance was with Takaful through FNB Brokers, however Takaful insurance seems as though they may as well be BRYTE.. since I only dealt with bryte throughout my claim. This entire process has made Takaful and Bryte completely ************* and ********* as insurance companies.. they are only concerned about how to pay you the least amount of money as possible.. not in the protection of your vehicle or in being fair.
This is my 3rd car from Mitmak Motors, and all I can say is I will never purchase from anywhere else ! The service to delivery is exceptional. A big thank you to Wynand and Naas for the incredible service, for doing the most to make the process seemless. I recommend anyone looking to purchase from Mitmak.
Don't bother stepping foot in this dealership if you're looking for good service or a good car. We went to view a car, the lady was rude and refused to tell me if the car was in an accident, responding we just sell it as is. When I insisted on an answer , she said look at the car and see for yourself, it's obvious is was in an accident. We had cash to purchase but walked out because this dealership clearly doesn't value a customer nor are they transparent with the conditions of their cars.
Amazing service from beginning to delivery ! I purchased a Tiguan allspace on the 13th May 2021. The salesman, Ashley, was extremely helpful and friendly. The entire experience was hassle free, efficient and gave me the peace of mind knowing I am purchasing a beautiful, clean vehicle with no issues. Herme was also really friendly and professional, ensuring we were 100% satisfied with everything. I was very skeptical on the amount of positive reviews this business has per day, but after going through the experience myself I completely understand why MIT MAK Motors has so many happy customers, and it's only a pleasure to leave positive feedback. Service is on the highest level!
We booked flights on this Airline's website , and when we got to the payment page, payment was made. This amount was deducted from our credit card, however the website shows an error (payment failed, contact our offices for support), but there are NO CONTACT DETAILS on the website. Nothing. Not a contact number, no email address, no office location/address !! Now it's become a huge inconvenience in us trying to reverse this payment or get some sort of help from somewhere, instead of being able to continue booking our holiday with ease.
Amazing brand with amazing service. The FitForce team is efficient, friendly and always so helpful! Fast service, with the best health and supplement products I've ever used. Well done to a female owned, South African brand for doing incredible things.
Terrible service. Upon seeing an attempted delivery on my package yesterday, I immediately called aramex and requested that my package be delivered to the security guard on the premises today as my business store front is not always open. Today a failed delivery attempt shows once again. Called aramex AGAIN, held on for 15mins while they looked for yesterday's phone call for proof of the request, only to be cut off. This isn't the first time I've experienced poor service from aramex but it will be the last time. They cannot even offer basic customer service. The contact form on the website is faulty, so you cant even email a request or complaint !!
