It's been 4 days waiting for a call back request from a manager, every day I'm being told my issue regarding a return is being escalated but nothing changes, same story every day. Call center agents rude, cutting off calls, impatient all this because they are working from home with no supervision. Returned logged 09 Jan nowhere near to be finalised. Order number 166212092
Return procedure intentionally made long by the shop. You log in a return, get picked up the next day and sent somewhere. From there it will take another 3 days to reach its warehouse to be assessed, probably taking a day or 2 to get feedback. Once feedback is obtain its gonna take another 3 days to be delivered. By then you don't have a charger to charger your phone for plus minus 9 days
Don't be fooled by their stunts on next day delivery. 3 days counting still haven't received my delivery
one of the worst online shops, they're call center is chaos, agents working without supervision. Departments working via emails only. No sense of urgency. Requested an exchange since the item was bought was faulty. Call center agents refusing me to speak to their supervisor, they say i must just wait until the come and take their s****. After returning their product 5 days later I'm still struggling to get my refund. Useless managers everyone just doing as he pleases.
Worst customer service. They terminated my fibre services a day before expiry date. Now they dont wanna release my line so that i can sign up with a different Isp
Worst online shopping, you will wait for your order as if it's from another Continent. It's been 2 weeks just waiting for them to deliver a belt
Yesterday i made a follow up regarding my order o312303676, and i was told lot's of nonsense and i was told my order is at your Wearhouse they will ask the couriers for feedback. Today when i call again I'm being told that there's no feedback and they will send another email to your couriers. What's stopping Truworths to call those couriers and asking them when is the parcel going to be delivered???? Secondly why is your customer service and online department not responding to our emails. Why should i still keep paying for services fees if you don't give me the service when i want it. Lastly why are you're seniors at head office always on lunch or not available when we want to speak to them
Afrihost just decided to run a debit order on my bank account when i was not owing them. When i query the debit order they want to refund me but not cover charges related to the debit order. Worse the seniors at the call center are ****s, one by the name of Nyakallo said that he will query on my behalf why was i debited, when i ask for feedback he tells me i must speak with accounts, when i get to account I'm told the issue is new to them, he only queried abt delivery. Worse he want to speak on behalf of accounts, himself and his manager.
Bought a smar****ch online at dunns, since then it's been drama after drama, firstly i was promised free delivery, bt got charged for it, delivery was made only to find the watch with a thorn belt. I contacted dunns online and they ignored my emails until i had to call them. 4 days later still my issue is not solved, I've been told that their back office is dealing with my matter
