Where do I go from here? I applied for an upgrade through MTN Direct. Once I received the phone, there was a problem and I sent it back the next day. Now, nobody at MTN is able to help me cancel the upgrade except, Zahrah Heynes. The one person who did my upgrade. How in the world is this possible? Only one person on the entire MTN staff and how should I locate this person to cancel the upgrade? I've made numerous calls and wasted hours trying to sort this out. Everyone just passes the responsibility to Zharah, but can't tell my how I should find this person. Ridiculous.
I just had to take the time and thank you CyberSouth for their excellent service. At the end of last year we had to relocate in a short space of time and ended up in Dana Bay. We needed an internet service asap and already applied for various services a week before we moved into our new place. Unfortunately, none of the "big companies" could produce any form of internet within a period of two to three weeks. It's like most of them didn't even care to acquire a new customer. After numerous enquiries I was referred to CyberSouth. I phoned them and spoke to a wonderful lady named Desre. She explained the whole process to me and they installed my internet within two days of that call. I can also add that the quality of their connection seems to be more dependable and flexible than other products with the same bandwidth allocated. I'm thoroughly impressed and can confidently refer their services to anyone in the future. Thank you to the whole team at CyberSouth!
I've put this review on hold for quite a while now and it's long overdue. In my view Takealot is probably the most effective business I've dealt with on a consistent basis. Their timing is always as stated and I've never experienced a problem when lodging a return. Their staff can also be complimented on being professional and efficient. In fact, they are so impressive in comparison with other institutions in this country that I think they should be given the job to distribute the Covid vaccines in South Africa. No one else will be able to do it better. Keep up the good work Takealot!
I seriously had to upgrade my workout equipment by the end of last year and stumbled upon MiFitness. They had a great deal on a dumbbell set, which actually seemed too good to be true. I checked all the reviews of them online and decided to go with it. They kept me updated on every step of the process and I received my equipment promptly and exactly as advertised. I was really impressed and would recommend them to anyone for gym equipment. Well done and thank you MiFitness.
I am completely clueless in what I can do next. I ordered LTE through MTN. I submitted the documentation and then..... nothing. No communication of any sort. Since then I have phoned MTN countless times. Every time I get to a "service champion" they put me through to the "contract department". From there, nothing happens. The line just goes silent. I have done this numerous times. The last call I made the agent said I should phone 808 or 083808 instead. The number is not active anymore! If you phone that number it simply says you need to phone 135 again. How can MTN's own people not know what's happening in their company! I just want to cancel the order by now. It was a terrible mistake to think it would work through MTN. The dilemma: Who do I contact to cancel the order as e-mails get no response and no agent in the contact centre can help me. How ridiculous!!!
Hi there. I've been sitting on this review for a while and finally made the time to write it. Over the last couple of months I've had to use Postnet's services extensively. Between their Mossel Bay, Southdowns and Eastwood branches, I've sent dozens of packages for mostly business purposes. I think it's about high time to thank them for their extremely efficient and trustworthy services during this time. The customer service has also been amazing at each of these individual branches and their courier services has not disappointed even once. Whether it was PostNet to PostNet or using their overnight services, I've never been disappointment. Thank you PostNet for rendering your services so efficiently in a time where it was much needed. Yesterday I received a sms from Absa stating that an amount of R255880 has been activated on my revolving loan account and now I have to pay R708.70 per month on that account. The problem is: That account is not active anymore! If someone has taken credit on this account it wasn't me. I've made numerous calls to Absa to dispute this, as it's clearly a fraudulent transaction. Yet, not their fraud department or any one of the other four departments I have spoken to is willing to help me with this. How is this possible. With the data breach that was recently revealed you would think they would be extra vigilant in assisting their customers. But no, not Absa. What am I supposed to do now?
I was desperate for internet at the new place we moved into, and had to find the most affordable and reliable service provider. A friend of mine recommended Rain's new 5G as I am in the coverage area in Pretoria. I put in my order with great anticipation. I wasn't disappointed!! Almost less than two days later, RAM delivered the package and my internet was activated within 2 hours. It was as easy as plugging in the modem, waiting for it to be activated and boom, Bob's your uncle. So impressed guys. Thank you! Sidenote: It might be useful to display a contact number on your site for any enquiries. I just followed the instructions from the Website, but know not everyone will find it this easy. I hope your business thrives!
I just had to write this review. Last week I went to Van Schaiks in Hatfield to look for a book that's quite difficult to find anywhere else. I was helped by Lebo,(I might be swopping names between the two branches) and this guy was supper helpful. He found a copy at their branch at the University. As I'm not a student he phoned them and organized with Tshepo to meet me at the gate of the University to get the only copy available in the country. I walked to the gate and didn't even wait for 2 minutes before Tshepo arrived with the book. Absolutely stunning customer service. They were both very friendly and I really take my hat off to both of them. Thank you for being a shining light during times where it might not be so easy to find something positive!
I just wanted to thank FNB for responding to my previous review. Although I wish their assistance from the onset could have avoided the negative review entirely, I am very pleased they responded timeously and efficiently to rectify the problem. Many thanks to the team responsible.
