I have paid off my revolving loan facility a month ago. I've requested for this account to be closed several times by calling the contact center- all I am ever told Is that it's been escalated. Interest and fees have now been charged that I am now having to pay because of the lack of service from this bank.

I've had a month to month contract with cell which I've Cancelled and had a credit of R900. I've provided cell c with all requested documents and details and for the past month I've been getting no joy what so ever with my refund. Cell c was quick to take my money but is delaying my refund because everytime I call someone creates a new case and it's one vicious cycle. I've even been asked to send my documents etc to managers at cell c and still no response. No refund to date! I then had went online and ordered a new month to contract. Cell c had deducted my account but to date no sim has been delivered to me. When I call the contact center I'm told to speak to every different department but no one can help. Again I've sent through the invoice sent to me when I placed the order online, proof of payment from my account and confirmation of payment received by cell c - but zero response. Yet again - extremely quick to take your money but no delivery of sim! I've never been exposed to such incompetent people at a company ever! Just a bunch of useless lies from all consultants and managers with empty promised to resolve issues but no delivery on their promises!
The smell of JnJ wet wipes purchased at two different stores were just disgusting. It smells like a wet dog!! Upon complaining to JnJ the 1st time they had apologized, sent me wicode and mentioned that they continue to hold up the expected standard on all JnJ products. Upon the second time of complaining because of the horrible stink of wipes yet again - the advised that they can assure me that the product isn't harmful to my baby and that they were going to send another wicode. I requested for someone from JnJ to make arrangements to collect these wipes from me and to please use those on their baby with comfort. To date I have not received a wicode, a call, email or any form of response from. JnJ. I would rather purchase huggies wets wipes or even the clicks brand which has a fresh brilliant smell. I do not recommend this company or any of their inferior products to anyone with babies!
I had ordered the most basic and standard meal last week Friday from Mozambique Umhlanga (chicken and chips). This dish is made every single day at this restaurant and you'd expect for some sort of standard from dishes such as these. I ordered via Mr D. The waiting time was an hour which I was fine with however this meal left the kitchen 20 minutes late and was delivered to me half an hour late due to this delay in preparation . Considering that such a basic meal left the kitchen late I expected the standard that atleast Mozambique prides itself on. This was far from the case. The chicken was hard and dry , with no sauce that it usually comes with . By then the chips where soggy and off putting. The packaging was a put off on a whole other level as it looked as if had been used before. Never was I ever more disappointed in what I considered one of the best restaurants in gateway. Very dissatisfied.

The most freshest ingredients used in their food in Umhlanga, DBN. The Seafood pizza ordered was simply divine. Friendly staff and great setting. Highly recommended!
I had a lady contact me trying to sell me some car repair product. After discussing everything I asked her to email me the terms and conditions of what she had just discussed which she refused to do. Thereafter I told her that I was not interested. She continued to try to sell me the product. After several times of telling her that I was uninterested she then swore at me and told me that I wasted her time... Absolutely disgusting contact center calliber!
I had ordered a lamb shank...to my surprise, I get a shank that was cold and the meat stuck to the bone. I had eaten lamb shanks plenty before to know that the meat should fall of the bone, atleast with a little effort. The shank recieved at Mike's kitchen really was an effort to cut through. I would never recommend that to anyone for R265! Patethic! I've had much better for if not the same price, but for much lesser at more famous grill houses..
