Hi have been calling MTN customer care to help me and nobody wants to help me, I am applying for a BOND, the bank needs a closer letter from MTN that shows that my account is fully paid up, MTN keep sending me statements and the bank comes back and insist on a closure letter, been explaining this and MTN agents keep telling me they do not offer closer letter. I am extremely upset with my recent experience at KFC. I purchased the 8 Piece Family Treat to enjoy a meal with my family, but instead, it turned into a massive disappointment. Good day, Yesterday, I called customer care regarding my account and inquired about email fees being charged despite not receiving any emails or SMS. After reviewing all my statements 2018-2023, I discovered discrepancies in charges. I was then directed to the collections department. Today, I called the collections department spoke with Leander Smith. Despite my earnest inquiry regarding the charges for emails I never received, Leander Smith seemed reluctant to assist me. My main concern remains unanswered: why am I being charged for emails that were never sent to me? Leander Smith explained these charges as part of the collection fees, yet I find it perplexing to be charged for emails not received. She insisted that she had clarified everything and redirected me to customer care. I find it puzzling that someone in the collections department cannot address inquiries related to collections. While I am willing to settle any outstanding balances, I cannot justify paying for email fees when the emails were never delivered. Upon reviewing my records, I have identified six instances between 2018 to 2033 where email charges were app**** without corresponding emails being received. I kindly request that these discrepancies be rectified, and I am willing to settle the remaining balance promptly. Could you please provide me with an updated statement or the total amount owed, allowing me to make payment for the whole balance today. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
