There is this lady called Okuhle Pakisana, she's at pumlani mall branch. The attitude of the girl meanwhile she's at the reception. Terrible. I was standing on a que for teller because I wanted to deposit. Well, saw that the que is not moving thought of going to ask her probably im in a wrong que. Wow terrible attitude from her, I greeted her and she kept quiet. Her assistant or the girl that was being trained had to answer and I asked if im in a wrong que and she said she is not sure yet however I need to register. Asked her, we now have to register to deposit money? She was not sure the i had to wait in another long que to register. Guess what, got to the girl Okuhle with zero customer service and I told her I need to make a deposit. She said I should wait on teller2. Like why the attitude?I think it will be best for her to attend to some customer service training. I know pumlani is worse in terms of service mara such young ladies as early as Monday morning, siis terrible
I just got a call from them, I didn't even speak to them for 3 minutes as I dropped the call. The next thing I get an sms saying I wanted a credit report. Why the hell will I want a credit report from you guys. Stop it and stop doing *****ulent things. I never gave you any go ahead with anything ****** ****mers.
Did I not wait for 15 minutes 5o be assisted by a cashier😫I don't get why the other cashier(whom I didn't get the name) is working alone while the are customers waiting. The other cashier had to call 3 times for other cashiers to come. I was assisted by Sonto (SONTH) and she had an attitude because she saw that I was ****ed for standing 15 minutes to be assisted. I hope the management will train her workers to be consistent when it comes to customers, you don't have to keep a customer waiting that long to be assisted as we have other things to do and I for one am sick and I cannot wait that long for service to be rendered. I have settled the account with debt collectors last year already. Every time I have to call or send them an email to tell them to remove my name on ITC. They do and after a month I'm back again on ITC. What the hell? Someone should do their job because I'm tired of sending emails with a settlement letter to show that I've settled.
I'm still waiting for these stupid agents to remove my name on ITC. I've long settled the account and I even sent one of their stupid collectors my paid up letter and nothing is being done.. I didn't even settle with them but damn I can't keep sending 1 thing over and over.
I went to kaalfontein corner shoprite and the cashier was as angry as a labour ward nurse. Her name is Zinhle Mthembu. I was doing grocery and bought sweets for the little ones. However there was no code there, the nerve. She just said where did I take the sweet code I'm like I don't know what you are talking about. I found it like that and there are no other ones there. I then told her I want R100 as I was also paying with my bank card. She just got bored all of a sudden and then clicked her tongue. She then spoke to this other lady and didn't even let me know when to put my card for payment. It even cancelled because she was busy chit chatting with other people there. I'm really sorry but this is the worst experience I just had today with this young lady. Never experienced such at Shoprite
I was assisted by a lady Lindiwe. That girl is so slow and they are busy chit chatting with Mercy they don't even think about customers it's not even funny. She doesn't even tell you the balance only hands you the thingy to put your card. So disappointed.
Today I did my shopping at Mr price festival mall. Well I went to this cashier by the name of Marcia. When I put my clothes on the counter, I greeted her first and she kept quiet. Well I thought she didn't hear me. She then spoke to another colleague of hers on the next till in Tsonga language telling her about what happened yesterday. She never even told me to insert the card. She just turned the machine and I had to insert my bank card. After she was done she gave me the receipt and never said anything. I then asked her if she was tired and she said yes. I asked if she was sick she said yes and I asked her why she doesn't ask her superiors for a day off to go to the doctor but she said ahhh
I haven't had electricity for 3 weeks now and everything is rotten. When I call they tell us ****ty things and on top of that they tell you they will not come at all. Like what tF
These is a scam. How can I deposit money into their account and it doesn't reflect. I tried calling them but they keep taking me from pillar to post. I want my money back.
