Walked in as a first time customer, greeted a lady by the name of Bonolo at the teller... She just ignored and asked the lady next to her that "Please help these one's" I found that really disrespectful and a very cold customer service.
I’m beyond fed up with Debonairs Pizza. This is NOT the first time you’ve marked my pizza as delivered when it never arrived. Stop lying about deliveries. This is completely unacceptable, incredibly frustrating, and shows zero respect for customers. Get your act together.
This is the second time placing an order and planning my day accordingly only you be disappointed again. This is terrible customer service because you're not even notified about your order not being able to be delivered.
This is completely unacceptable. I placed my order 18655718 at 11:13am and it is now 3:09pm with no delivery, no update, and no explanation. I trusted Checkers Sixty60 to deliver on its promise, and instead my time has been blatantly disrespected. I planned my entire day around this order and was forced to wait for hours for absolutely nothing. The order was placed in advance, yet not a single person bothered to communicate the delay. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. This service has proven to be unreliable, careless, and poorly managed. Customers should not be left in the dark after paying and committing their time. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately, including a clear explanation and compensation/refund for the inconvenience caused. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in this service.
Telkom enjoys taking customers hard earned money by lying that the debit came through there was no money so rejection fee of R200 applies. I have been paying that for 3 months now yet there's always money in my account. I regret joining them. This is frustrating!!!!!!!!
Placed an order at 18:11pm it's 19:00 the pizza hasn't been delivered yet on it reflects as delivered. Is this how you do business? This is a loop hole for Debonairs... their drivers confirm on the app that it's delivered yet there isn't anything delivered to the customer as yet.a This is terrible!!!!!
I believe that only a ***s will appreciate to eat in a ***sty, this is after I've visited the Debonairs Pizza Phumulani Mall Branch in Tembisa Winnie Mandela. Used serviette, Boxes, tables not wiped to allow the next customer to be in a conducive space to enjoy. Trust me, the pizza is indeed great! But for me as a consumer to visit the same branch for the second time in a week and find the same unpleasant situation again is terrible.
On 30 July 2024 06:25 i purchased data costing R39 using my bank card/EFT via the MTN App, but i received nothing. I then contacted MTN customer care/service and was advised that nothing is showing on their side, to my surprise i received a notification confirmation that data was successfully loaded but when I checked, it was still on 0gig. The gentleman from MTN advised that he will therefor send me a log service number, i waited since then till date with no feedback yet MTN received my money without them rendering the services i paid for.(R39 gig day and gig night) This is unprofessional and terrible because how do you receive someone's money and not give them what they paid for?
First time experience at Galitos Birchacres Kempton Park was terrible, a friend referred and advised they have the best grilled marinated chicken. But the customer experience was just so honorific, the lady who was serving us at the counter was rude and when she brought our order to the table we were at dropped the food with attitude. My wife tried to converse with her about the option for take away and sit in, she just looked at us, the facial expression also was not so pleasant and had no name batch to identify her. I don't think i would advise one to go and support.
Order no. 11274 was placed under the Braamfontein Branch on 14/02/24. We gladly, patiently waited for the delivery, adress and contact details populated. But I'm extremely disappointed with the fact that the delivery came and expected my wife to leave the house and head out to the traffic lights instead of him stopping by where the adress suggested. He then drove back with our order without notifying us, then the branch called to inform us that the order is canceled and the money would reflect back within 7 working days. Why cancel the order whereas KFC can just find someone reliable and able to deliver as per customers request. When we called the Branch we were told that there's nothing they can do as the driver returned the order to them. We had to now re-order and await the refund.
