The Worst business ever, I wonder why the PSL is using them, Their system does not scale well, it cannot handle large volumes and it has glitches. I bought tickets 4 of them and the system said payment successful and I did not get the tickets. I tried contacting them and nothing happened, I could not get hold of them, via email, call even on their Facebook account. You would think that such a business would have good support but nothing. terrible!!!
I am so disappointed in Absa they debited my account more than what we agreed upon and now they are saying processing took too long to process the agreement. I have to suffer the inconvenience of having to follow up and try to get a refund. Please do not offer people options that you will not honor.
Hi You debited my account twice on the same day, I do not know the reason for this. Your service is already not good and yet you make this blunder? Can you please return my money I have sent you my details and proof. Please return my money with the same urgency you had when you took it.
My goodness where do I start! My Smart TV had the Showmax app and it worked nicely, now it no longer works, I was told my TV no longer supports Showmax and that I must upgrade. Apparently the upgrade that Showmax did made the App incompatible with a lot of Smart TV's including some Hisense Smart TV's. I am not going to pay money every month to watch showmax on my phone, I am sorry that will not happen and I will not be forced to upgrade just because of Showmax. So I guess this is the end of the road. count me as one less customer
Hisense smart tv's are the worst thing in existence, I do not expect them to respond to this and to be honest I have had enough of the poor excuses. I bought a smart tv with app, Netflix, Showmax, Dstv etc. I have been using my apps without issues, till suddenly one of them was not working anymore. I am told my tv no longer supports the App! what the hell? now I must upgrade and I am not doing that. I will never by a Hisense product ever again! Thank your subpar products!
Literally the worst credit lender I have ever met, they debited my account with a cancelled mandate. And they refuse to refund saying I owe them money. I ask them if I owed you money why not take it from the agreed upon account and in the agreed upon time, no answer is given. I have reported this to the NCR. You are ******* and a ****!
Its been two days without connection and you can't even contact them, you log a ticket and then nothing is done, you call, it rings and rings, poor service at its best
Dstv keeps changing the goal post and then blames it on the system. I always pay my account on the 25th or 26th sometimes even as late as the 27th and I have never been slapped with reconnection fees. Their own employee told me that a normal grace period of 2 days is given for payments before you're required to pay a reconnection fee. Now King Multichoice decided to change its mind and slap me with a reconnection fee right after the 25th and I am not paying it, I'd rather stay without it. I called them and they told me that its the system, the system can disconnect you 1 day after 2 days after but they have no grace period, customers are required to pay on the day agreed upon. I normally pay the way I pay because I was told I can and it has worked for me so if Multichoice decides they are changing their minds or their system decides to do what it does then goodbye multichoice I am not paying any reconnection fee.
I took a retirement annuity with Hollard and they said they'll start debiting February 2020 all of a sudden I get a debit order of R400.00 on my account on the 2nd of January 2020 not even on my payday!! What nonsense is this? I don't deal with shady transactions, I'm reversing this thing and canceling this thing. Thank you for showing me your true colors this early!!
