We have always baught beeno large biscuits for our dogs withou any issues. Lately, all of them are in little pieces. If I wanted small biscuits I would have purchased the small ones.
I paid to switch my gym contract from a normal one to a vitality on 22 September 2023. Think the whole time it was sorted out. It was not. Went to Planet Fitness Middelburg Mpumalanga on the 30th of October 2023 they told me now everthing is sorted out. Today it is the 14th of Novemeber 2023 and I am just going to cancel but I assume that will also be just as difficult as this is. Very disappointed. Not getting any service. The manager is always in meetings.
Worst service ever. I've been waiting since last year so that they can pay out my money by them. The lady that should assist met is always on leave or out. Every single time I call I get the same story and still NO ANSWER. I would not recommend you for anyone!!!!
If I could give -10I would. I don't know the manager is but she is not doing her job!! I keep phoning for proof of delivery as we requested our invoices to be signed. I received only x1 waybill's invoices after I drove to their offices as their phones have not been answered in a week!!!!!!!! I got their cellphone number fr head office, now when I call she let's the guys in stores answer the phone. Asked for a credit application more than X1 week ago, went there twice also asked. Guess what??? Nothing!!! Never ever have I received such arrogant bad attitude from any place. No customer service and none of them are helpfull or friendly.
Pathetic to sort out accounts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We gave in papers with proof that they are charging us R600 more than they actually need to. Seems the only way to sort this is to cancel all contracts by them!!!!!!! Been struggling more than 3 months to sort this out.
No service!!!!!! When you phone to follow up on orders the lady their says no they are very busy. I am also a customer??? She is very rude!!!!!! We have previously also laid a complaint about the lady NOTHING has happened???? I will cancel ALL our orders by them and will try my best to never support them just because of the rudeness of that lady!!!!!!!!!!!!
If i could Inwould rate you -5!! Ordered 16:00 on the app. It is now 17:48!!! The app is offline, lines not working. Pathetic!!!!!!!!!
Very poor service delivery. My car went in for a service from then it is a mess. They had to replace parts and it is still not fixed.
