Failed to return School shoes!
Went in-store to return a pair of shoes. Mind you we bought 3 pairs in December 2025 for Jan 2026. We misplaced our receipt and was told in-store that they cant pull up a statement of a date of purchase even even thou we advised them which month it was purchased. Less than 3 months old and was bought on a Ackermans store card with todays technology you cant print a slip??? What a waste of time and petrol - The manager and staff at Kenilworth were not helpful and claimed their system is "basic" and that no Ackerman's store is able to. Although google says they can!!! ( and by the way the other two pairs are fine and its not like we wanted the credit we wanted to replace it with a more expensive shoe instead! )

5 month old mattresses tearing!
Dont opurchase the millenuim mattresses!! I ordered mine on 6 June its already tearing on the sides. Worse quality its literally that cheap compressed foam inside and fancy material with poor quality workmanship. Won't recommend! Mine you i bought 2 for 2 kids under 10

Dry cake
Bought cake at spar to find that it was dry as the dessert. Hardly any cream in it. Poor quality waste of ur money don't buy their cakes.

Rubber chicken
If I could rate lower than one I would the chicken of the steaklets looks like rubber and taste like it's mixed with soya or something. The quality has gone down so much but we still pay 59.99! - disappointed

No way to track order.
Of I could give 0 stars I would. Isabella garcia has no tracking of orders. Why? I placed a order 6 days ago and still have not received any feedback. You send a email...it says 48 hours response time, no response?? Please get a move on. And provide me feedback. Order #6361994

Standard bank
Standard bank called me for and amazing mobile deal any way fell for the nonsense. And I was signed up I actually chose to cancel the SIM and I am sure that call was recorded. The woman I spoke to confirmed cancellation. All of a sudden I now need to pay debt collectors for a service I didn't use???? What's happening?? Please make sure this service is cancelled I'm not paying a cent for a service I did not use.

Stale Steaklets
I must say i love county fairs chicken steaklets but i can tel you this - I just had to throw my food out and it made me so nauseous that i literally threw up your mushroom steaklets were "off" completely utterly disgusting!! please stop making them i am done supporting you.

Cuddlers worse nappies on the market
If there was a 0 rating i would choose this i bought to packs of this nappies it keeps leaking and breaking and i have pictures to prove it my kids wear it for 1 hour and it looks like she had been wearing it for a week worse nappies do not recommend!! I want my money back!!

Horrible service
I have emailed multiple times recieved one call back from tou guys I was promised my bill will be amended. I have paid you guys for my month of internet an its been 13 days an I have no service. This is ridiculous that I have to follow up. With no feedback. I have spent extra money for data worth over R300. I was promised my sim card will be delivered over 2 months ago I was told I will receive communication from the driver an still have not. My sim card has been disabled an my customer zone shows no usage please fix my internet or cancel my service.
