As a small business owner Paxi has been my 1st choice of delivery option. They are affordable and safe to use. However, I laid a complain to one of the PAXI agents on the WhatsApp channel and to date I have not received communication or an update. My Paxi bag was bought in the PEP Clothing Store in VANGATE MALL, and it was loaded to be sent off for delivery. The store miraculously lost the bag inside the store as it never left the store with the courier guys. I occurred a lost with that parcel as I had to reimburse the irate customer who supported my small business. To date no answer on the somewhat claim that has been processed or sent for investigation?
My husband bought brand new 165/45/15 Vertuo tires , the two are cracking and swelling up. It was reported to them but no assistance or explanation. Imagine paying 1K Per tyre just for it to last 4 months - Daylight ******* !
I tried changing the destination of the parcel I sent out ., however the automated response on WhatsApp keeps closing my ticket without me being assisted. I wasted my whole 30min of lunch at work to do so. On thee other occasions agents takes up to 5 min to respond back to you while you on a chat with them. But today my message did not even reach an agent?
Our internet connection has been lost for 2 days . No clear answer why . No technician has been sent out to check . I am loosing out hours of work as I am working from home !
Bought a family treat and advised I do not want the coleslaw as we do not eat it. Manager assisted with the order and insisted I took something in returned . Even after I declined , She insisted . Got extra chips and mash in return. Thank you Sinazo at the Vangate mall Branch >
Ordered the FIBRE roll out from them in August , was told we will be live with the internet 1 October which I understood . To date no internet cable/connection was installed. Contact them numerous times and no service at my house.
Joined Rain , got my package withing 5 days of purchase . Was advised its plug and play within 2hours of sim activation . Its been a whole week - No signal . Cancelled the contract with them after 10 days with no network on the brand new router. Haven't heard from them . ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH NOW . NO SIGNAL AND NO REFUND .
You a pay fine and few month later you been issued a warrant of arrest ?? With no warning nothing - just an sms saying a warrant has been issued !! What if the cops had to pull me over while i had my little family in the car?? I paid the FINE - however i lost the proof of payment . How do i get a new proof of payment - Lastly why does it not reflect on your system automatically that the fine has been paid . Your service provider numbers are all engaged - some does not even ring . I have been issued a report pf outstanding fines can you not issue a history of payment report ??
So p*** at Vangate mall McDonald's, This is the 3rd time . Paying for extra sauce and get a drop only only . Went to the cashier asking is that what we paying for "with attitude that arrogant Cashier said Yes!!" That's what u get for your money . Not even my dog's food is that dry like that **** they selling. I wont sit my foot in that store again, another thing those cashiers nails is scarring me to death yuk!!
