I called Drs Bloch and Partners accounts department to try and solve my account with them. The lady in the accounts department, Kitty was so rude and abrupt. She does not listen, she does speak but shouts, so rude and so abrupt. I cannot believe they would employ someone like this to deal with customers.
We have received the most HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL service from Lebogang Molatudi and the technicians at Netstar. We signed up for a new contract. Was rushed to complete it with banking details and everything else needed. It has been 2 weeks and they still have not installed the two tracking units as per the insurance requirements. This is totally unacceptable because they putting my clients at risk with the insurance. Why make us go through the hassle of completing the forms when you know that you are highly *********** and will not follow up. Fortunately, there is other competition on the market. We cannot be held ransom by *********** individuals. I constantly have to follow up and send emails. They not bothered.
Visited the Nike store at V&A Waterfront today. I was assisted by the friendliest most helpful sales gent. The experience was short lived when I had to pay. Vanda is the most impolite, miserable, rude, unprofessional person in that store. She has such a BAD attitude, does not greet, does not speak, nothing, just a rude, rude, rude person. What a horrible person and experience. She should not be at front desk or dealing with customers.
Nimble Group is a bunch of ****mers. I cannot get a paid up letter from them. Nicolette is absolutely useless and not helpful at all. I have been told the letter has been sent from a secure mailbox. Why is it so complicated to send a simple letter.
My washing is faulty. I logged a call with Samsung SA and was referred to MM All Electronics. I received an invoice for R870.00 that clearly states call out and 1 hour labour. I paid it and instead they got an agent to call me and ask ridiculous questions trying to assist me telephonically. Needless to say my washing machine is still not working. This is a money making **** and I need a refund so that I can look for an accredited dealership that can actually come and look at the machine.

I have cancelled my month to month contract with Tracker. I have done so in writing and with numerous consultants. Tracker keeps on debiting my account, that is *****. They ****mers!!!!
I went to FNB Hyde Park on Friday (24 November) to report a ***** transaction on a business account. Only to discover today (26 November), that the agent Leonie from FNB Hyde Park blocked my personal account instead of the business account. The business account is fully operational whilst I cannot transact at all on my business account. My debit orders cannot go off, nothing!!!! How useless can one be at your job??? At one simple task you had to do. She had one task to do!!! One!
It’s been 13 days since my claim with case no:C-32114155. No word at all from Absa Idirect or a consultant. This is ridiculous!!!!
I just want to give a big shout out to Pulane Mohoto and Nelson Posula. These 2 individuals really helped in resolving my issue with my policy. Constant follow ups, emails and phone calls until the matter was resolved. Thank you.
