Upset
Wow wat an though experience I've had with Uber in many cases I've left things behind in my Uber filled in the lost item report and no1 got back to me I then let it be as it was small things and I have a belief that when it's gone let it go but nor this time all my personal belongings is in my bag that I left in the Uber all my cards from bank cards to account cards and I'm struggling to get any1 to assist me there is no easy way to say this but the Uber system is failing I am extremely upset as u use to use Uber on a daily basis as I work in promenade and from there home is very convenient

Milk incident
I was so disgusted with the 6pck milk I bought at pick n pay promenade it's not the 1st time but the 2nd time it was full of maget worms and swollen

Disgusted
I was extremely disappointed in hungry lion I bought 6x double big boss burgers at Westgate mall in Mitchell's plain for my family for supper we took it home as we live near to the mall while my daughter and son was eating they told me that while they biting there comes a string out that looks like hair I said maybe it's the hair of the brush they use to marinade I was so upset as I still covered after I looked self and saw the long string of hair that came out of my children's burgers I immediately took pics and send it to hungry lions head office but the worst part is they still haven't gotten back to me with no apologies what so ever I used to love hungry lion but I will not see them the same again at first I was disappointed now I'm angry as well they are not just filthy but unprofessional aswell

Wow how amazing is it to still get good service from cops the one thing I'm always hearing people complain about is how ******* cops is and how they never doing there Job well not Constable Mbula and team from Cape town police station he was helpful beyond 5 stars for your and your teams service sir keep up the good work our safety in the country Is certainly recognized in your presence we need more cops like this guy.

Disgust of the labour department
Another disappointment gotten from the labour department well they said the new one to do your continuation of one's claim you need to do it via Ufiling. After being extremely disappointed in only getting my first payout 05th August 2023 and my maternity started on the 08th June already I'm yet still struggling to get my 2nd payout and its already 15th September Wow it stuns me how people with this high profiled Jobs isn't evens doing there Job. After attempting several times to complete my application online I also went in to the head office in town to query why my payments is taking forever all they could tell me was to go to a labour department itself they practically chased me away I mean come on now what's becoming of our world if everyone is *****ing up no more words for the disgusting service received. #struggling mom #hungry children

Devastated
It's going in for my third month and I still haven't received one payout as yet how pathetic is that how do they expect one to feed there family yet alone there new born baby,the downfall of it all is one don't have a problem with them deducting from your salary every month for years but when it comes to payouts it's a huge struggle being sent back and fourth for money that you practically contributed towards your future. And what's the issue with your landlines what's the use of having it if it's not being used to answer. This is my fourth baby and it's my first time applying for the maternity benefits as to a predicament this time around but God I'm glad it's my first and last time this service is pathetic beyond.

Good Day I am just very disappointed in the service I received from Samsung my husband and myself took us a Samsung s21 5g out on contract at Telkom it's enough the service we received from telkom was perthitec we where in the one in promenade and was disappointed we then went to the one in Canal walk the service was nice at first there after they just wanted the sale and neglected us questioning and never really explained the perks until after we signed the contract,I received evens worst from Samsung when purchasing 2 R20 000 phones which I need to pay R699 for each a month,I thought I'll get what was offered but up till today it's almost been a month and I still haven't received my Samsung gifts promised (ear bugs/smart tag as well as the voucher where I suppose to buy our screen guards with) I'm so angry I called Samsung several times and asked them to call me back as my airtime runs out by them putting me on hold first thing I do is give them my contact detail and everytime no one gets back to me I hope I can get some clarity with posting this mail. Disgusted
I was so disgusted at Shoprite bakery today I was at Shoprite in Delft today around about 14h40 I'm on the road everyday so I always pop in at a shoprite as I'm a cake lover there cakes looked delicious and I ordered me some only to see that the cocrochers was walking all over there cake I was very upset I don't think I'll be stopping at a shoprite store anymore I even spoke to the manager Charles Moses to advise him to do something to this matter its so un professional and disappointing

Excellent service very professional and Inspiring
On the 18th October 2020 we rushed my husband to the Mitchell's Plain hospital in Lentergeur with Conjunctivitis we were assisted by a Dr A Rampersad she was excellent I just want to Thank her from my husband and myself keep up the good work she made me feel proud that we still having caring and passionate doctors in this world.Left me with inspiration that I would go back to Mitchell's Plain hospital where in the past I never got that service.

Disappointed
Very disappointed in pick n pays adverti*****t I went to pick n pay Promenade to purchase the sparlette cool drinks that was on Promotions and for 2 for R26 I actually had to buy for my mom my sister and myself so it was about a total of 12 cooldrinks on the 17th of October 2020 approximately 17h05 I got home and checked my slip and non of the Promotions on the cool drinks went off i was then off yesterday and went to the store today when I got there the cashier at the help desk Bonita told me that she don't recall that online I then showed her the Promotion as I screenshot the add as well as what it stated she called the supervisor incharge the supervisor then gave me a long story of the pick n pays not having the same Promotions anymore i asked her even though it shows in the Promotions that it can be bought at any pick n pay as well as the Hypers she claimed 'yes' I am very disappointed as this is false advertising.
