Not trustworthy, once threshold is reached then they suddenly suspend your account and you don't get paid - they say this is due to multiple clicks on the same task. They now advise you to create a new account but you are unable to transfer the funds from the suspended account into the new account, so they win all the way to the bank for all the hours and data you put in. Absolutely demonic!
Not happy at all as I have sent numerous emails to the customer service and each time I receive an automated reply saying a consultant will contact me but to no avail. Two "48 hours" have passed and still no contact.
Be careful of this company advertising driver and cleaner vacancies. They provide a whatsapp number and then request your details and CV. A day later they whatsapp you advising that you have been shortlisted and they provide you with an address. They say that you must confirm your appointment and bring R200 for registration and uniforms...
Terrible service, I placed an order for Mochachos amounting to just under R500 via Uber Eats but the food arrived without the kids meal and two coleslaw salads short. I immediately notified Uber Eats via the App but received a notification via email that they are unable to assist as my order is older than 48hrs. What a bunch of crooks ripping supporting customers off. I am an avid supporter of Uber and Uber Eats but the way I was brushed off makes me think twice. Thanks for nothing you highway robbers!
I placed an order (DFD44745330) with Mr D, the order was accepted and my money was immediately taken from my account and after waiting for almost 45 minutes, I received a message that the delivery failed and that I should contact Mr D. I called them and was nonchalantly told that the area where I stay is not safe so they will credit my Mr D wallet but not my bank account. If I want my money placed back into my account then I will have to request it via the Mr D app or via their website and the request will take two working days so weekends are not taken into account. What a joke!!! Why didn't they decline the order initially? Only after taking my money did they decide to decline, seems very sly and totally unprofessional.
I just want to say a big thank you to Joburg Water for assisting with a blocked sewerage drain which was posing a major health risk to many people. I logged a complaint via email and within ten minutes I received a reply. The plumbers arrived an hour later and the problem was sorted out. Big Ups to Joburg Water!!!
I am a loyal customer to Makro. I bought a Playstation 4 bundle for my son in June 2019, the console started giving problems about a month later where one of the games, "The Last of Us" got stuck inside the console and the console just did not want to switch on to enable me ro remove the disk. I notified Makro of same and was advised to bring the console back to the store(at my expense), which I did. I was then called about a month later to collect a new console as the one I took back was sent for destruction. I queried regarding the disk which was still stuck and was advised that it must have still been inside the console when it was sent for destruction. I was told that a new disc will be arranged and I will be contacted to collect it from the store(at my expense), I am still waiting - Tstembiso from Makro Crown Mines keeps on making empty promises but I am always the one who has to call and follow up, a year later, I never receive a call back.
So the network is ridiculously slow and I have complained about it but it has not improved, its such a ****** rip-off! They advertise how wonderful their network is but its sooooo BAD... I pay for intermittent service, very unacceptable Webafrica/Telkom
Thank you to Vodacom and RMCS for sorting out my sim card
I have always had a pre-paid sim with Vodacom. I had an issue with data disappearing and contacted Vodacom who advised me that I must contact my service provider whom I have a contract with??? I was baffled as I never signed a contract on said sim, but contacted RMCS and was advised that my pre-paid has been converted to contract??? Anyway it seems Vodacom gave my details, including my banking details, to RMCS without my consent. After threatening to go to ICASA, I was advised by RMCS that !y sim has been converted back to pre-paid. My sim has now been suspended until I go to a Vodacom store to Rica it again??? So now, during this lockdown, I have to go out of my house to Vodacom to Rica an old sim card which was initially Rica'd??? How absolutely inconvenient for me. Very sly and underhanded Vodacom!
