We booked The Garden of Eden - upon arrival we waited 45 minutes for them to open the gate while we rang the bell continuously as we had an event at the accommodation to attend to. Their staff is rude and was sleeping while we waited outside for them to open the gate. Upon leaving, we asked if they had everything they mentioned 3 missing glasses, we bought those. When we asked about our deposit they withheld a pot that we supposedly stole (according to their staff) for R560, this was never mentioned in the inspection done when we were leaving. Please note the accommodation bathrooms are not so clean to wash in. The house is very big and spacious but be careful when booking as Maud (not sure what she does or do I think shes aware of her job title) is very rude and disrespectful.
We booked at the Garden of Eden for my sisters 21st birthday party. They have an array and assortment of very disrespectful and I’ll-mannered staff. Upon arrival on my sisters 21st, we waited at the gate for over 30 mins while one of their staff informed us they are coming back to open for us. Upon entry they were very rude and I’ll-mannered. Checking out we asked if they have everything in the house and they only told us about missing glasses which we bought. Wanting our deposit back we were told we took their pots. We asked for camera footage and we were told they don’t have any. Maud (not sure what she does) informed me she always deals with this as they always have guests who complain about them and she has no issue putting me in my place. She was rude and after 48 hours were still waiting for our deposit. Please do not book this place for your sanity and peace of mind.
VW Strydom park to be exact. Took my car in last year Oct and I complained about my handbreak sensor being broken. It came back literally stuck and no longer working to which they denied such a claim. I’m now sitting with a bigger problem because I chose to service with them. Should have just gone to VW Northcliff like I always do!
Netcare Olivedale! I’m not sure if you think we’re asking for help we’re actually paying for it which is a BIG difference. The attitude everytime I’m in the emergency room from your silly nurses who do the initial tests before one sees the Doctor is disturbing. Where do you find them? They are either mumbling answers or irritated like we’re in their fathers house. Please also ensure your doctors and nurses don’t dismiss issues that are actually serious and I’ve had this numerous times with my son. “Oh you know how kids are then they do the side eye” 3 days later my sons admitted to hospital. You guys please let us know if it’s a government institution not private care because what a wow! You never find anything “serious” till people are admitted and the jokes over.

The lady who was assisting me was very condescending and rude. Even went as far as laughing with the other ladies when I asked how long the wristbands would take as I was on my lunch break.
