Had to wait a while to be served with cold (hard body style) chicken but what's worse was the Cold attitude of the Cash Cashier (lady in a grey shirt) at till 1. She needs to work at the back not at the till. The Teams service was so bad that even their Team leader or Manager had to ask why the non spicy chicken was not ready and if she should leave recieving the delivery in order to assist the in store customers. It's cashiers and service staff like those at Kempton park Hungry Lion who need to reapply for their jobs as they don't know why they were selected to work for Hungry Lion. Hungry Lion please put some Flame in those staff members they are clearly out of touch with your Values and Brand.
Worst service ever from the Kempton Park CBD branch. The whole entire Team has no idea what the process of call and collect is all about nor do they care about "Pedro's" customers. Order number 174 was a disaster and the Management in that branch only cares more about his staffs drunk friend and hospital staff then customers in store. There is no floor management nor communication or awareness in that branch at all. Even their Chef eats in front of customers who are waiting for their orders, with no care or awareness that as a waiting customer I observed all their bad behaviours. Worst Pedro's branch to buy from
Checkers Harvest Place in Kempton Park store 9948 Has a great service star in the making Ms Mandisa at the front counter, is a beem of light upon the service standards of Checkers Harvest Place. Her warm greeting, smile and kindness really pleases the in store shopping experience. Keep up the great work Mam
Dear Opel SA I would like to thank you for the investment you made in my country years ago when you gave us the half tonne beauties Corsa Utility 2008 1.7DTI. Yesterday was my Birthday and boy oh boy was it special. A few months ago I bought a used troublesome Corsa Utility bakkie which I am still trying to fix as I go along. For me it's not the worries I have had thus far but the memories I have managed to create and experience during driving this awesome bakkie. I enjoyed my birthday drive from Pretoria Irene to Johannesburg CBD yesterday on the R21 and boy was it special indeed. Thank you for creating this awesome bakkie, though it's not new in any way but to me it feels like new. Happy Birthday to me and my "Zoro" Opel 1.7DTI Utility Thanks alot Opel SA for this Bakkie.
Shopped at two area different Checkers stores (Brentwood Mall and Glen Balad) today and both stores offered me terrible customer experience. It's so bad that it's identical. Glen Balad Checkers store was even worse even the Store Manager saw that the service was bad and looked somewhat proud of it. Pick n Pay brand ambassadors are gone, we are left with the "I don't care employees". No Customer acknowledgement, awareness and communication to customers from these two stores. Emotional Shopper Damage Check-US!!
Bad Service or rather No Service from Standard bank employee of Schweizer Reneke branch. No sympathy at all with a passion for not serving clients promptly, with empathy and sympathy for the funeral claim. The lack of leadership visability in that branch is the main problem. Funeral claim still not completed despite follow ups being made with the employee responsible. This Bank has no Caring employees you put themselves in their customers situations.
This has to be thee worst Business Banking Bank in SA right now. Matter of fact they don't even have a clue what they are doing when it comes to online business banking. There app and online banking does not work and keeps rejecting pins, passwords and usernames. Global Biz is useless and so are their Teams.

Worst financial service provider in SA. Used their ATM at Cavendish Mall branch to make a cash deposit and their ATM experienced an error and switched off completely. Escalated to Capitec on the same day and they have not resolved my deposit issue 4 days later, even their Branch can't assist and it's their Branch based ATM. Horrible service ever
Worst company to deal with thus far. My car arrived on Monday at their Kempton park dealership and today they advised that the car was never worked or checked on since, yet I was advised that the cost of repairs would amount to R13k on Wednesday afternoon. Shocking Service or none service to be correct. Customers beware of Renault, they don't seem to have a clue of what Customer Service is nor why it's important.
