I am very very dissatisfied with FNB. I logged into my account and there is #Item Paid No Funds and they charged me a total of R360. No one from the bank has ever explained this to me, this is very new. I am still very shocked and extremely disappointed. I do not have funds to pay this R360, it is too much. I am very saddened by FNB and I am extremely unhappy with such hidden costs. It very unfair!
If there was 0 starts for Checkers 60Sixty I would give 0!!!! I am so sad!!!!! I ordered and the delivery driver cancelled my order!!! the delivery driver did not notify me that he arrived nor reply to my messsages I sent him on the app!!! Checkers took a delivery fee even though the driver is at fault!!!! On top of that I will wait for 2 days for my refund to be credited back into my bank account!!! Checkers does not take customer serious. What am I supposed to eat now on this long wait, I am sad.
If there was a zero rating I would give South African Airways a zero. I called in 16 October to cancel a flight ticket and I was told to send an email. I sent an email 16 October, until today the 23rd of October I have note received a response. Flight date is now near and SAA is not attending to my cancellation request. It is so sad that they do not take customers seriously and want to rip them off.
Bad customer service. I called many times to be assisted to pay remaining R4.62 and close my account but no one is assisting instead they keep quiet on the call and later laugh. I called the Nelspruit branch many time and the Lewis customer care line. Never make a mistake and open an account here you will really struggled they don't even care if you were a good customer. It is saddening what you guys are doing to customers
If I can give zero star I would. I am deeply saddened by Lewis Store. On the 7th of July I called to ask for a record of payment. Noni from Lewis store sent me a record of payment showing I have paid up to R15 868. On the 8th of July I went to Lewis store to pay R1700. My purchase contract details my total repayment amount is R17 556,48 and I have paid the total amount. However, Lewis store still says I owe R504,62. I sent Noni an email about this reap off and she never rep****. I have been a good customer. My monthly installment was R487,68 and I was paying R500 instead and I replayed all amount owed on time but Lewis store still wants to reap me off . I am deeply saddened by the service from Lewis store and lack of honesty from staff. We work hard for our income. You make a purchase but when it’s time for them to close the accounts when you have paid all amounts they keep on adding amounts that are not true and not reflected on the purchase contract.
I am very much disappointed!!!! I regret ordering from Takealot!!!! I paid for delivery but my order was not delivered until today I’m still waiting, they Dont even communicate the delay!!! If I could select 0 rating I would because they offer premium poor customer service!!!!
I am deeply dissapointed with Mancosa for using my personal information without my consent. I once applied to study at Mancosa in 2020 but I did not qualify to enroll for PGCE I decided not to continue with the application. Yesterday I decided to check their programs and apply now that we on 2022 when I logged my profile I created in 2020 it showed me someone else's information, this person is registered and my information has been used in this person's form and I have been labelled as this person's sponsor. I was shocked to find that my information has been used without my consent and when I called they said enrollment will call me back. Still no call, no one wants to tell me what is going on.
If I were to give 0 stars I will give to Jhc. I am very dissapointed with Jhc. I move in 1 March I was sharing with someone I do not know… the lease was only put on my name & brought to me 14 March. I read and refused to sign because they put the whole apartment on my name only. I then moved out the caretaker allow me to take my stuff and he agreed. Fast forward today jhc sent me an invoice for April (next month rent) Howcome when I moved out back back then, caretaker said even the person I was sharing with moved out. Jhc is trying to create a debt for me which is so wrong, I do not owe Jhc anything.. I did not agree with lease and immediately moved out, I never signed any documents now Jhc doesn’t want to remove my name on their system. Jhc is violating our rights as consumers, this is unfair treatment of customers!!!!!
If I could give zero star I definitely would for Buffalo logistics. Their service is extremely horrible, I received an SMS saying “Your Parcel will be delivered to you today” which was 4 days ago, I waited and waited no avail. I struggled everyday calling Buffalo and no one helps me, I ask for the driver contact number they don’t want to give me. Their service is extremely horrible, as for the driver Xolani Mncube who was mentioned to be delivering my package , what a pathetic driver who doesn’t care about customer service and delivering on time. Until today I am waiting for a parcel that I never know if it will arrive or not.
I am very much disappointed. I filed for gym cancellation beginning of January but my query was never replied to until they billed me again for the month I cancelled for. They are telling me I have to pay R2000 for cancellation , this is a hefty amount I am very much disappointed. Gym company is ripping us our hard earned money, is this legal?
