I was charged twice for one order at their Northgate branch. Please check your fone notification always when the cashier claims that your transaction did not go through coz quite often ...that's not true. I even tried to check the notification on the machine that she claimed it has declined but she refused and insisted that I tap again on another machine.
I rented a car through booking.com. I got to the car rental office they didn't not have the model that I had requested and they were happy to cancel my order, however, booking.com is giving me run around refusing to refund me.
I recently received a very bad service from the lady by the name Ntokozo Zulu. she did not pay attention to details, she did not listen nor take note of everything I was communicating to her. On several occasions I requested my matter to be assigned to someone else but she kept calling me and giving me many of her opinions on the matter, of which none of them were helpful. I communicated my dissatisfaction to her at all times but she did not listen nor take note of that either, to the point where she abruptly chose to close my claim without helping me. As a paying client, I am very aggrieved by her unpleasant actions on my matter.
Security guards at gate are very rude and disrespectful, they see the car coming they just stood there on their phones, I tried getting their attention, they intentionally ignored me after yelling and screaming insults at me.
I bought a desk online, was told it takes 10days to deliver. 2months past with no communication. I went in store to cancel the order and get my refund, and I was told I will get my refund within 10days. I never got my money back, I never got the desk.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Very unsatisfactory. They charged me R11k and told me the matter will take years to resolve. I took same matter to another firm and it was resolved within a week, cost me only one thousand two hundred rand. MG Law also told me if I am not satisfied with their service they will refund me, nope the lady by the name Michal Gunzenhauser took the whole R11k and gave me only R400. Basically, I was charged that much for the matter that they 'seemed' not to know how to resolve.
I waited 30min before I could be assisted at collection office, and then I returned the car full tank, but my invoice shows fuel charges. I queried this with their office, I even sent the pictures I took showing full tank, its been over a month now they still haven't refund me, and the lady by the name Amanda Rose is now ignoring my emails.
Their office in Lonehill very unprofessional, incompetent, and very much lack of property management skills. I paid my rent every month, but still I was so harassed by the lady with the name Nicole Naidoo. She harassed me to the point where she told me to move out 2 months before my contract end. She will also add unjustifiable charges to my account. I feel sorry for property owners who let their properties through them. Terrible people.
The service at their office in Lonehill shows so much incompetence and unprofessionalism. Very much lack of property management skills, I feel sorry for property owners who give their properties to be managed by these people. They harass tenants, they constantly add unjustifiable/ unnecessary charges to tenants statements. The lady by the name Nicole will make sure that you will never enjoy your stay.
Terrible, unprofessional, everything thats bad resides with them. My bond was approved in December 2020 and my property was supposed to register in February 2021, its April now still no progress, attorneys keep saying they are waiting for SA Homeloans for go ahead. I wrote million messages to Claud Naidoo who is their sales consultant/ contact person and he ignored all of them. I regret so much for signing up with them. Horrible, horrible service.
