From the start I had issues with their accounts department... I paid extra every month to finish this account as soon as possible as I could see they have no accounting skills and take 5 working days just to reflect a payment on a customer account. On 30/08/2024 I settled my account in full. I emailed the proof of payment to them. I knew my debit order would go off on the 1st but that can be refunded back to I was not too worried. What I did not expect is that they will charge me on the 1ste of September R6.02 for Month-end interest; R43.00 Administration Fee; R4.50 Credit Life (per R1,000 balance) remember my balance is zero at this stage; and R0.36 Adjustment for some reason! So they charged me R53.88 for a zero balance account and then the debit order for R74.50 went off because it was not cancelled 7 working days before the 1st. The debit order I can fully understand. I tried to reason with them; but they are not interested to listen to reason. I reported them at the Ombudsman and will now involve my lawyer as this is a matter of principal to me.
About a year ago my furbaby was poisoned. I rushed her to the local vet and they sorted her out very quickly. I settled the bill and didn't think about anything else. I totally forgot that I had insurance for her and when the debit order went off, I decided to phone them to find out if my policy covers this. The answer was yes. I downloaded the claim form and completed it. Sent in my paid receipt and within 24hours Dotsure paid out my claim for the full amount. What a pleasure it was to deal with Dotsure.
All I can say is what a pleasant experience. From the start to the finish their delivery and customer care has surprised me. They are friendly and very efficient. Their service is exceptional.
In August I went overseas and when I returned my car battery was flat. The app indicated my car batter is 100% fine. After a couple of days of jump-starting every morning the car battery finally would not even charge anymore, app still indicated my car battery is 100%. Took the car to have the battery changed and only received an sms indicating my car battery has been disconnected. I geolock my car at night and some mornings I can't log into their app to disable it!!! I enquired about an upgrade, never received any response and now they are deducting the upgraded amount without even communicating with me or replying to my emails. In December they deducted early without even contacting me. I have been sending emails non-stop but only get replies from a bot. Shocking, shocking service...sorry non-service!
I ordered online for the first time from Lynnwood Lane and the service I received was excellent! I could collect that afternoon even after the website stated that collection will be the next day. I think it took me 5 min in the store and I was on my way home. Keep up the good service!
This company is amazing! They answer customer questions quickly, it is a pleasure to deal with them. Registration was easy, their website is easy to use. Delivery is next day and their prices are very good. We need more companies like this that take their customers seriously. Hope they make lots of money!!!!! Keep up the great work.
Impossible to rate them as they don't give any service. This company is totally useless as far as communication goes. They just don't respond when you enquire about your order BUT when you cancel they are very quick to inform you that they don't do refunds but will issue you with a voucher. IF I receive the product I ordered (I see there are many other customers who never receive their orders) I will never use them again.
After making payment on 31/10/2022 and 07/11/2022 for my order...still nothing. No emails are responded to. No number to phone, absolutely shocking service. I don't recommend anybody to use this company. I will probably not get my package worth over R1k delivered.
Previously I wrote a review regarding my poor service received from MFC. After 14 days the issue was finally resolved and I was connected. Well things escalated after that. Although I paid for a full month but only had service from the 15th of November, they started trying to deduct another premium for the last 8 days costing me R8.50 per day. So they have costed me R68.00 in bank charges and I feel this is un-acceptable. You can't speak to them as everything is automated responses. I would like to warn potential customers to be careful of this company. I had to cancel my bank card and get a new card in order to stop the daily debit order from trying to be submitted.
My first order was for 4 x pairs of shoes that I am still waiting to be delivered. In the meantime my second order was delivered early. I have mixed feelings regarding Shein. Their prices are so good but their customer service is non-existing. When I make an enquiry regarding my first order which I still have not received, I only get automated responses which does not help at all. No alternative method to make contact. Be careful when ordering from them as there is no personal customer care when a problem arise.
