The worst service ever. Deliveries get delayed , the call center hard to reach, always not finding address or it's wrong. How could mall if africa bmw be hard to reach for all days that needs delivery. This is nonsense
Spar three rivers is big for nothing shem , if it's not them with expired food I don't know. Real inspections need to be done there. Yes we don't look at expired dates when we buy but it's someone else's duty to do that so we get good food. Last time I bought expired goods and I was given attitude when I returned that food. Having the worst service at mediclinic Vereeniging pediatric ward. The staff there works so poorly with no care for the kids. You have to fight first to get assisted. I will report this further with my medical aid.
Aramex is the worst delivering company. Been waiting for my package and it's past 20 days now waiting. The inconsistency I get when I call and then when I track it????? The back and forth ??? I'm distraught at this moment. THE WORST
The worst service I have received I was somehow handed over to vericred , they helped me prove that I was ****med but can't clear my name. What is that? What bull are we living in?? This is sickening that you have to fight to get your name cleared while being ****med, the frustration is real but you are never taken into consideration.
I've had the worst experience with being ****med. I emailed the dispute department to get clarity and it was confirmed that I have been ****med. Was handed over to Vericred that is surprisingly a credit bureau, dealt with the whole issue but they didn't clear my name. I'm so sick of this going back and forth no one is willing to assist clear my name. This really show *********** and inconsiderate.
I have had a dispute with vodacom regarding a matter of identity theft, the dispute department assisted me in concluding that I was ****med but it's so funny how I'm still getting calls from vodacom saying I'm still owing . I am so tired of this and my credit record is horrible all because of this. On the email I was told my name with be cleared from credit bureaus but it's so amazing how I'm still appearing as in arrears. Vodacom is the worst 😫 . I don't know what to do anymore really
I am Nomsa Nzuza, a victim of ***** by Vodacom. Have had deductions from vodacom early this year, without having any account or contractual obligation with Vodacom. Wrote a review on here on hello peter and someone from vodacom responded and advised me to email vodacom ***** department which i did. Got an email of acknowledgement from Thabo with no Surname responding that they will give me feedback within 14 working days. Ref number was EC - 1LYH-1NVASK A month went by without getting any response however the deductions had stopped. I have been getting calls from vodacom saying I haven't made payment and that will lead me to be handed over. I recently checked my credit score and I am in arrears. This has affected my credit score all because of a **** and vodacom not issuing me with a ***** confirmation letter even after they stopped with deductions to my bank account. With this review I'm warning vulnerable people like myself to be aware of vodacom and its ****s as they happen to have our information and use it to their advantage so that they can get into our accounts and debit without concern. Please assist me further and get this message to vodacom as this will lead to my name being blacklisted while i never had any contract or account with vodacom.
