The istore delivery service is the pits Clearly the definition of same day delivery is foreign to them because why would I wait from 11am for my parcel and only for the courier to call at 18h00 and say she has decided to deliver in the morning instead.WHAT THE HECK!!!
I had logged a return on the 21st of December 2023 and to date i havent received my refund At this point iam just fed up with how Takealot works My return order 121519116 issue has dragged for over a month No one seems to know what is going on If received a coin everytime iwas told its being escalated.I swear I'd be a million by now I just need my refund
Its a huge disgrace that such a said to be reputable agent can render such a terrible service.i stayed at Golf park in Pretoria west for almost 2 years and i have recently lost my belongings which includes and whole car and no one knows anything about it which is highly impossible and proves soo much incompetence from the security to the building manager and the agent at large because i did log a formal complaint with them and they never bothered to investigate and provide feedback.Afhco doesnt care a damn about customers and again how can such ahuge complex not have any surveillance cameras .WHAT A DISGRACE
DSV/Globeflight is just nonsense They never respond to any emails but they suggested that we actually send them emails to request for collections.Really iam soo fed up
my order no.#13082242 was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 06th Dec 2021 and was rescheduled for the 07th and still didn't arrive .I will not be able to take this kind of incompetency
Warranty solutions is such a nuisance.a lady called me telling me about a cover with grocery discount benefits and asked me when do I normally buy my groceries ,I Clearly said I'm good idon't need a policy and few minutes later I received an SMS saying that my application for a policy is being processed .then the day after which is today I then received an SMS stating my premium and that my application has been approved.irealy don't have time for such nonsense really
I deposited money on Saturday the 23rd October 2021 and the stupid ATM went out of service just after I have inserted my money then iwent to the branch and I was told that I have to wait for 3 days they are still investigating which is nonsense because obviously I didn't deposite the money on that day for fun,Its because I needed it instantly.i called the customer care line on the day and they told me I should expect my money in 24 hours which hasnt happened and when I call again today I'm being told that there Isnt a guarantee that Il get my money is should wait for Tuesday latest aybo imhlolo yami what nonsense is that .TO SAY THAT IAM ****ED OFF IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
it has become a norm that iam serviced terribly at takealot.I ordered a smart watch last year and the straps literally fell off in like a week,idid not return the product.i then ordered abread bin this year and it had a loose lid at receival and it was also bent.my exchange was also defective but i was frustrated hence i let it slid.I have recently received a washing machine which is also defective.Iam awaiting my exchange (i am soo fed up with takealot's incompetencies ).
The service from this dealership is terrible.i had a car battery problem (it was flashing on the dashboard)and had to drive to the dealership 3 times for it to be rectified but they would just remove one terminal and the battery obviously stops flashing on the dashboard and they would send me home.only the 3rd time they actually decided to charge the battery because iwas complaining to the workshop manager who is now no longer working there. Iam experiencing the same problem with the battery flashing on the dashboard currently,and I took my car to them only for them to tell me that I have to buy a new battery. My issue with this whole thing is why did they not change the battery last year when I had this problem and the battery was still under warranty.The current manager also told me that he cant find any records of the battery issue on their system therefore his hands are tied,thats his lame excuse but the guy who was working on the battery was confirming to him that idid come and he did that in my presence .i would rate them zero stars if I could. THEY ARE JUST SOO INCOMPETENT
I regret not cancelling the insurance when I had the chance.There is absolutely no sense of urgency.i called a thousand times and the lady by the name Carene is always not available.i need my excess fee claim to be processed as soon as possible I already have a deadline approaching
