I made online purchases 31 July 2023, paid with my tymebank card via EFT, payment amount, reference and order number respectively R1 175.08, 246015745896 and 6P08196996. The amount mentioned above was taken into account on that day. Herbalife kept saying that they didn’t not receive payment while tymebank said the amount was successfully paid to FNB account no 62101296219, HERBALIFE INTER RSA. I pleased Herbalife headquarters to do investigation regarding this transaction. I logged lot of queries with my supervisor online regarding this matter and I called Herbalife several times but they didn’t want to help me. Today I made another call at 9:24 but rude consultant cut my call.
