I've had my account with on air tv and finished by December. I have been calling for 3 weeks without receiving a response. I was paying my account, but it still shows I have missed payments on my credit profile. Which I understand but please update my profile cause I have been paying monthly I did receive a paid-up letter but I am asking for an update with the credit bureaus as I did download my report and no update has been made.
I am writing to bring to your attention that my account with OnAir has been settled, however, the status has not been updated with the credit bureau. Despite my efforts to obtain a paid-up letter from OnAir and multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received a response. Could you please assist me with this matter?
The consultant was clear when she read what I’m signing up for and listened carefully to my concerns.
I don't know why I keep getting message's that I have an Outstanding amount to pay as I paid them twice. Please stop sending messages to me as am no longer part of your client.
The animals they don’t look so good, they look hungry and saw few ******s and two of they look like they had infection. Please guys take care of the animals better it was so sad what I saw and I feel bad for the animals.
I just billed for netflix which I do have netflix account. This doesn't make sense I want refund cause am billed for nothing. And also with the on Air thing don't know what's going on as they advise they work with Multichoice and I just don't want their decoder as it's the 3rd party.
I bought the loadshadding lights from the platform, firstly they delivered lights which I didn't order n secondly the lights they not working when there's a power cut, I sent them back for testing never got a report what was wrong it the light bulbs and I just feel the replaced me with the same lights that I sent for testing. Such a bad service from you guys and really disappointed.

I applied for a phone black view A60 and I received an S11 phone which is not the phone I agreed on secondly I called and ask for my contract to be 12months and the lady who was assisting me said someone will communicate with me via email. I cant pay for a phone worth R1500 and pay R7000. can someone get back to me?
I went to KFC at Protea Gardens mall, I ordered and went to the bank quickly to withdraw. When I got back the lady said to I don't look after orders so next time wait for your own food. I was shock coz Firstly we stand inside the store waiting for our orders and there's no chairs and there's no social distancing inside the store.. that lady she was so rude.
