Takealot does not allow honest review on a product not sold as advertised
So, bought a "New Original Dell Type-C AC Adapter 130W 5V/20V DP/N 0MW1G8" from Takealot. It came, it was not an original Dell part, it did not charge my laptop properly, as it was charging at 65w not 130. Now, took it back to them, refunded etc. Great, but they wont let me publish my review that said, its not original or that it does not charge at 130w as advertised. This to me is very dodge to say the least.0 replies

Great service for the elderly (wheel chair bound)

Disappointing service...don't use them
Got some parts delivered. Other parts wrongly delivered, buyer has to fork out the coat of return shipping. Getting customer support is impossible, trying to close your account is just as difficult...got an error on their trying to close my account. Lost 1700 rand...will never ever use Ebay again. I had an issue with 2 of my GMC - Bladeless Personal Air Cooler - AB15 leaking a bit of water now and again. I phoned GMC, they promptly came to pick them up. Fixed them and brought them back. Working perfectly now, and saving us from the Gauteng heat. Going forward I will definitely keep GMC in mind when I add a air-conditioned system. There service is probably the best I've ever experienced....just wow0 replies

DHL Express - no payment option on their portal
Great service so far. Just you are advised you can pay via their Portal, well the option does not exist. Logged in as a guest using an otp to authenticator. But no paying options.1 reply
