To Whom It May Concern, law for all I am writing this letter with a heavy heart and deep disappointment, as *Law for All* has failed me when I needed assistance the most. I requested help to write a letter of demand to the municipality, or to proceed with civil action, after my vehicle was ********ly impounded. Although I was not the owner of the vehicle, I was the driver at the time and had all the supporting documents to show that the vehicle was wrongly impounded. Despite this, *Law for All* informed me that they could not assist because I am not the owner of the vehicle. This decision has left me extremely dissatisfied. It was me, the driver, who paid the impound release fee, and the fine itself was withdrawn in court. Therefore, I am seeking reimbur*****t of the money I paid, as the actions of the officer were clearly ********. The excuse given—that I am not the owner of the vehicle—feels like a technicality used to avoid assisting me. It was me, not the owner, who was charged, inconvenienced, and left out of pocket. I expected *Law for All* to stand by me in this matter. I am very disappointed by the lack of support and would like a clear explanation of why you have refused to assist me. I work 60 km away from Bloemfontein and left my 10 year daughter in the care of my cousin and they financially depended on me.I usually stay with the for four days at a time, but sometime i travel daily to Dealesville and back. I bought this cellphone to be in contact with my daughter while I am away. However since my daughter is still too young to handle the phone responsibly,my cousins keeps it under her care. The phone registered on my name and it remains my property. I also use it whenever i am present
Polmed deducted my money twice on my payslip on the 15 /01/2024, I then contact them to ask them, they told me that they deduct in advance so I said how do you deduct in advance, she couldn't explain further. I told her that once i was in a marine plan ànd that thing did not happen. I send that copy of my salary advice to them via email so on 22/01/2024 I received an message saying they are going to refund me through the persal. On 31/02/2024 I contacted Polmed to find out about my money that lady who was so clueless told me that she does not see or have access to check the money and I told her about the sms that I received on the 22/01/2024, she did check and she told me that she can see the sms but she will take the matter to the relevant department and they will contact me within 1 day but up until today I did not receive any call from them. On 01/02/2024 I send to two emails to them they did not reply. I feel like Polmed is useless not useful. I do have two colleagues of mine who joined last year but Polmed did not deduct twice to them which is cst Mabote and cst Mojanaga

This Swift body repairer company in Bloemfontein they are politician they can give something oral but at the end they will not do it, which means they will give empty promises so he complaint was resolved oral without action and they ask me to say things were resolve. I do not have a contract. This will damage the image of budget as I am a client of Budget insurance and Budget is the one that recomended me to them.
I am almost happy with budget but budget is not transparent. There issue is my car was reffered to Swift body repairer company to fix my car and my car was fixed when i went to collect it on Tuesday 2022-07-19 @14:00 and i already returned the coutesy car before i went to collect my vehicle so when i arrive there they finished with my vehicle but i was not happy with it and i told there manager he said i should leave the vehicle and i told him i do not have a vehicle were he told me i should go and rent a vehicle and i told him i do not have money to rent there vehicle,he then said he will pay there cost. I therefore told him i do not have money on my credit card. Be then left so i went to Europe car rental were i told that sales man that my vehicle is not okay,he said he already returned the vehicle on the system. He said he will make a plan,after that he gave me the vehicle so the following day at 16:30 they call me to collect there vehicle, i went there so upon arrival my vehicle was better so i told the manager that he should cover petrol cost of the courtesy car because it was not my intention to come back on Wensday but he said it is my account so they will only pay for a rental car. I was so dissapointed. i did not get my windshield that i left in the vehicle and i told the assessor, Why I was reffered to the flight by night Swift body repairer were my colleague who reffered me to budget insurance his car was taken to Auto magic and he had the same problem with them but they gave him Auto magic car with petrol and he did not pour any petrol into the vehicle. And also the warranty on the body is not there same. Another point budget did not send me an invoice that what will be fixed on the vehicle,it seems like you hide the information even now i do not have an invoice.
Sars is failing their clients by not doing a proper job, they assist us via telephone so I visited Sars in Bloemfontein and they shows me that my medical aid was not added then they made ADR for were they told me SARS will get back to me after 21 days so after 21 days they told me to submit the document,. They gave me another appointment and they did not help me. Then I keep on having appointment with SARS but was so useless. On 2022-02-13 I received a final demand letter from sars that i should pay them within 10 days or they will send the sheriff but my assessment was not done properly, so Sars does not want to admit their mistakes. I do not have a problem to pay when sars can do my assessment fairly and we are living in a democratic country and I have a right to exercise my rights to be treated fair and with decent manner.The only person I want to talk with a senior official of Sars. The personel of Sars they do not follow batho pele principle, so I feel angry and I am stressed with this thing but anyway I will wait for the court order.
I am disappointed on miway scratch and dent, so I would like to advice miway that this scratch and dent stupid company by the name of motorvantage is going to damage your image. They could not help your client and since I called them and they said they will send me a claim number This people are useless, they just eat our money. I would not recommend anyone to use this stupid company by the name of motorvantage
I am very happy they help me well and also my brother. I would encourage everyone out there to join innovation
